The second bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen tv, and satellite receiver. The en-suite bathroom is appointed in Carrera marble.
The third bedroom features a full size bed, and a bathroom that doubles as the powder room.

My family visited this property over the Thanksgiving holiday and joined up with another family in the unit. All in all, we had 4 adults and 4 younger children in the group and had a fantastic 8 day stay. The location, unit, furnishings, decor, property management, and stay could not have been better. The property management team made it easy to arrange and get in/out with little hassle. The location is great for getting out and about and also makes travel with kids easy as you can avoid cabs to do simple things like head out to dinner, hit the pool, or walk to a beach club. For people scoping the Molino units, I believe the footprint is all the same with the exception to the penthouses. This unit is the second closest to the beach, has clear ocean views, and is on the 7th floor which alleviates some of the classic PV late evening hours noise (dance clubs). Definitely recommend the property and should we return to PV, would easily stay here again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Ever since then we have come to Puerto Vallarta almost annually. In 2007 we were fortunate enough to be in a position to purchase Molino 704, and have enjoyed the Vallarta experience even more.
