Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners were very helpful and responsive when making our arrangements. The condo was very clean and has a great layout with bathrooms with each bedroom, a nice airy living room and good size kitchen and dining area. Neat how there is a dining room table and also stools along the kitchen counter. This suited our group with siblings and their children getting together. The condo is also in a great location in Frisco and we could walk around the neighborhood and into Frisco for meals we did not eat at the condo - really a nice option for variety.

My husband and I stayed in the lower level bedroom since we are the first to rise in the morning and could sneak up for coffee without awakening the others. The 2 bedrooms upstairs were great especially with the separate baths. Enjoyede having the washer and dryer in the unit also. The younger dog LOVED all the stairs because she likes to launch!! We walked into town a few times despite the single digit temps. It was nice not to have to use a car everywhere we went. My daughters took the dogs on the walking trail and/or school yard to play ball everyday. All in all it was perfect for our family. Thanks so much for sharing.

I have stayed here about three times and it's the perfect place for a ski get-away. First, it's in Frisco which is an AWESOME little town for a home base. It's also on a nice quiet street so you get a good night's sleep. Lastly, it's got a great layout for groups (friends or families). Bedroom and bathroom on the "basement" level are great for a couple or anyone who needs a bit more "privacy" from the rest of the group. Kitchen and dining area are on their own level with a few step walk-up to the living room area. Upstairs bedrooms each has it's own bathroom. It's also very well kept-up -- clean, nice furnishings. I keep going back!

I have stayed at this town house multiple times. My family and I enjoy skiing in the winter time and the home is conveniently located close to Copper, Breckenridge and other leading ski locations. We've also had fun in the mountains in the summer, with nearby white water rafting and horse riding along with local mountain trails for hiking and biking. Frisco is charming and we purchased some art in the summer art Festival. Denver isnt too far to catch a Rockies game either (they won!). My 15-year old son summed it up best a year ago when driving back to Denver "there's so much to do here".

Our group of 6 college friends stayed here in July 2011 for a hiking / reunion weekend and this place was perfect. Nobody had to share a bed. Plenty of room for hanging out, playing cards, relaxing on patio, etc. The location is walkable to charming downtown Frisco and a convenient drive to a number of trailheads within a 30-40 minute drive. Dillon and Breckenridge are both close drives for restaurants or shopping. The condo is very well maintained and appears to be used more by the owners than by renters. Don't miss breakfast at the Butterhorn Cafe in Frisco, I would also consider returning here for a ski vacation as Breckenridge, Copper and Vail are all pretty close.

About the owner: This townhouse has been our family vacation home for 17 years, at first with just our 3 children and now with our 6 grandkids. We're happy to share the fun of a get-away home in the mountains. Nuestra casa es su casa for your stay. Enjoy it as your own.

Why the Owner Chose Mountain Side:
Frisco, Colorado has been a great meeting place for members of our family scattered from Texas to Chicago and San Diego. It's easy to fly in and drive up. Three generations from 79 years to 9 years old relax, play, learn new sports, and challenge each other. The free bus system allows some independence.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
There is a yard and nearby school playground for the children. Hiking into the mountains and biking trails to towns and resorts are 3 blocks away. Easy strolls to the shops in Frisco or to Rainbow Lake can be an adventure for the young and old. A morning stroll to get coffee and a newspaper is a great way to begin the day.
