Very nice raised ranch, bayviews from the rooftop deck, fenced in yard. 4 Beach Badges and beach cart included. Outdoor dining for eight on the main deck, upper deck has a table with six chairs and two chaise lounges. Two flat screen Tv s, one in the living room and another in the Master Bedroom. Master bedroom has a new Queen size pilliow top mattress. Owner is open to off season rentals, please call for price.
