The perfect waterfront vacation home with private beach, dock, central air and wifi. Less than a 5min drive to the "Chart Room" for great lobster rolls and less than a 5min boat ride to "Bassett Island" a very popular beach for boaters. Outstanding water views from the expansive deck that looks across to Barlows Landing/Pocasset Harbor, south to Bassetts Island and Mill Pond. This home has water views from family room, kitchen, formal living room with baby grand piano, and master bedroom, all with access to the deck . Second living area in lower level has ping pong table and TV. The prevailing south to southwesterly breezes provide good sailing in the area. The house is within a bike ride of Pocasset Village. Main level has two bedrooms (one king and two twins) lower level has two bedrooms, one with 2 twins and one with queen bed, and one full bathroom and large living area, TV and ping pong table. House sleeps 8. DISCOUNT offered for repeat tenants!
