The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, and master Bath with LCD TV
The second bedroom has two double (full) bed, with LCD TV.

This is now my second year renting from the owner of this unit and as usual, what an absolute pleasure! Such a smooth transaction and so easy going. This year we opted for unit 606 which had EXCELLENT views of the Bay...we saw such a beautiful sunset from this unit. I look forward to spending my girls weekend in this unit every year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

My boyfriend and I rented this unit to take our mother's away for Mother's Day Weekend. We began looking for a place only 1 week ahead of time, and the owner was AMAZING with turning things around quickly to make this happen for us. The unit was perfect! There were 5 of us total, we fit into the unit just fine. The condo has very modern decor and was immaculately clean. The view was great, just as pictured. Lovely rocking chairs on the balcony. The building as a whole was very secure, clean, and quiet. Definitely within easy walking distance to Seacrets. The owner was an absolute joy to work with. She made sure that we had everything that we needed to get through the weekend, and was immediately available via phone/text/e-mail to answer any questions. I recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great weekend in OC, and plan to refer as many friends as I can!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

I stayed in Unit 202 (which is owned by same owner of this unit 606). Owner is an absolute pleasure to work with and she was very helpful with any questions I had. The unit was gorgeous...decorated beautifully. Had all the extras we needed to make staying easy. Perfect location, close to Seacrets (easy walk if you wanted to walk) and easy drive to the boardwalk. Overall building is very clean and quiet. Nice amenities to use. I come to Ocean City every year and I definitely look forward to staying in this unit again!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Six of us stayed in this beautiful condo for Labor Day weekend. Being a new building, all of the finishes and furnishings are modern and really fit our taste. The master bedroom and bathroom are very large and the King bed was very comfortable. The second bedroom was a little tight for the 4 people staying in it, but certainly workable for a long weekend. One of the best parts of this condo is the balcony and the view. You have a beautiful view of the bay, in our opinion much better than the obstructed ocean view you get with units on the front of this building. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evenings. Finally, the location of this condo building is great. The walk to the beach takes about 3 minutes and there are dozens of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was wonderful to work with - she arranged for an early check-in time, quickly answered any questions we had, and even called to make sure everything was clean and to our liking. All 6 of us definitely recommend staying in this condo!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
