Haleakala's B304 is a beautifully spacious, 'adult oriented' condo that can accommodate up to 4 people with all appliances and amenities, 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This suite is located on the 'quiet' side of the complex with 1200 square feet of attractive, comfortably furnished living space, a great kitchen and entertaining area, lovely living room and private lanai.
Shoji-style doors give you the option of complete privacy for the second bedroom with 2 daybeds or they can be opened for greater living space. Comfortable dining at the table or on stools at the breakfast bar. All the amenities to make everyone feel at home whether relaxing or entertaining.
Swim and lounge at the beautiful pool, surrounded by lush landscaping and great BBQ areas perfect for any size gathering.
A 2 minute stroll brings you to the golden sands of Kamaole III for swimming and tremendous snorkeling opportunities. This is known as one of the best beaches on the island boasting fabulous sunsets and great picnic areas. The heart of Kihei is within walking distance with local artisans, local farmer's markets, great dining and entertainment. The building and condo are wheelchair accessible with limitations.

Our vacation on Maui was, as always, a wonderful, relaxing time and this unit is a large part of the experience for us. The condo is spacious, well supplied, comfortably furnished and very clean. The floor plan of the units in this complex, with each bedroom having its own bathroom, ensures privacy while the large living/dining area provides space for activities together. The kitchen has been beautifully redone. We were particularly impressed with how comfortable all the beds are. There are many thoughtful touches such as the provision of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and snorkelling equipment. Our biggest decision when we are there is where we will swim - across the road at one of the best beaches on Maui or in the beautiful pool at the complex. Everyone around the complex is very friendly. Truly the most relaxing holiday of the year. We have recommended this unit many times to our friends.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We stayed in this condo in Sept of 2008. We weren't sure what to expect but am happy to say that we were very pleased with the unit, the rate and dealing with the owners who were very accomidating and helpful. Excellant location in Kehei and very comfortable and well appointed condo. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a great place to stay and very reasonably priced. New appliances and a washer and dryer were available for use. Very spacious condo and comfortable accomodations. Two generous sized bath rooms. There is a covered assigned parking space for your vehicle; nice as it keeps the car out of the sun and a little cooler. There is no air conditioning but if you're out and about during the day then not necessary; window units cannot be used at night anyway due to condo regulations...just open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze! There is outside noise during the day but again if you are out then this is not an issue. I have stayed in another condo on the opposite side of the bldg and experienced the same. Take advantage of the nice pool and the ability to BBQ near the pool area. This condo is located across the street from a nice beach; shopping, restaurants and other beaches are nearby. Most importantly the person that you deal with to book the condo is extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this condo.

WE the family have been renting this beautiful condos for the past 2 years. It is without a doubt,the best location in Maui we have found. The condos it self is so clean ,modern and the people around us are so kind and generous. When we arrive in Maui, I always say to my family "we are finally home " Upon arriving back to the real world "back home" we already count the days before the next departure.Like the saying goes" Island of the sun" ALOHA....
