This end unit townhouse has undergone a complete renovation and has been fully remodeled in 2010. Freshly painted inside and out with southwest decorator colors, there are new ceramic tile floors, tiled bathrooms and upgraded carpet in both bedrooms. Kitchen has all new appliances and granite countertops. Skylights in the kitchen and both bathrooms lend to the light and airy open feeling of this beautifully decorated southwest unit.
The living room sports a faux painted bee hive gas fireplace with enough seating to entertain guests. The 32” flat screen TV has extended cable channels 2-99 in addition to BluRay DVD for your entertainment pleasure. The desk can be used for the secure wireless internet connection as you work, send e-mail's or write letters back home while viewing the views of the beautiful Santa Rita mountains out the front window. The sofa opens to a queen size bed when the grandkids or family members come for a visit.
A glass-top dining room set seats at least 6. Professional southwest art work by a local artist is presented on the closet doors. This is the same artist who painted the bee hive fireplace as well as the kitchen skylight trey that appears to be copper!
The master suite with new queen bedroom set and mattress has a private bath with walk in all-tiled shower and glass block wall. This room is complete with flat screen TV, basic cable, phone line for local calls and an answering machine. Plenty of closet space and sliding glass doors open onto back patio.
The two new twin beds and mattresses in the guest bedroom also reflect a southwest flair. This TV has basic cable and a VCR with an available selection of movies that you can surely add to for your viewing delight!
Outdoors you have 2 covered parking spots and a beautiful mesquite tree and saguaro cactus. The private front patio with café table and chairs invite you to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon refreshment while you take in a lovely view of the mountains. You will love the professional brickwork in front and landscaping in the back ! There is a table with 4 chairs on the back patio and 2 lounge chairs and a chiminea.
The townhouse is walking distance to the Catholic Church, library, white elephant (thrift store) Walgreens, Green Valley Mall which hosts an open air market every Wednesday that is a must see!
There are so many things to do in and around this area... convenient for trips to historic Tombstone, three nearby Indian casinos, Tubac Art Community, Patagonia Lake, Sonoita Vineyards and Santa Cruz Winery, Pima Air Museum, Titan Missile Museum Whipple observatories, Arizona Desert Museum, San Xavier and Tumacacori Missions, Bisbee, Madera Canyon, a renowned spot for bird watching, hiking and great for a day trip. AZ Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies Spring Training games. There is Kartchner Caverns under ground caves that have been found and opened up in the last few years. Not to overlook all the cultural offerings of Tucson, this area just goes on and on. The University of Arizona in Tucson has a wonderful performing arts department. It's just a 45-minute drive to the border of Mexico & wonderful shopping.
Green Valley Recreation system (GVR) allows you full use of any of the 13 Social Centers through our membership for a nominal fee. The facilities offer amenities too numerous to list, but include swimming pools and Jacuzzi, tennis courts, billiards, shuffleboard, dancing, ceramic and clay studios, woodworking, fitness and sports centers and social clubs There are also many classes & activities that are offered on a regular basis. This conveniently located townhome is within walking distance to one of the Recreation Centers that has a heated swimming pool.
There are beautiful golf courses with reasonable fees; a 24 lane bowling center, a multi-screen theatre and local shopping centers.

Very nice and roomy townhouse, well kept and convenient to "town". Patios in front and behind home made outside gatherings pleasant regardless of time of day. Owners are very nice and helpful. Overall, a very good place to stay.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Our second visit to this lovely townhouse met all our expectations which might have been difficult because we were the first tenants in 2010 to this totally brand new remodeled home. Stepping inside it still offers beautiful colors, a sense of welcoming comfort and a property well-maintained. Since the white walls had been repainted to a soft beige/tan since our last visit, it still had a sense of newness for us. This house has a perfect location and is part of a well-cared for neighborhood. It remains an outstanding rental property. The 5 stars are well earned as its pride of ownership is very evident by owners who strive to make your vacation retreat perfect, A big thanks to them!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

Elegantly decorated and stunning, a complete joy to stay in. The setting is incomparable; out the back yard and up onto the trail along the wash, it is a five minute walk to the best recreation/social center in Green Valley (Las Campanas) with its huge pool, tennis and racquetball courts and exercise gym. Go the opposite direction on the trail and it is a five minute walk to the Library and the White Elephant thrift store. There is an incredibly strong sense of being surrounded by nature while still being in the middle of Green Valley. One morning, four of us (grandfather, son and wife, grandson) went for a run by way of the wash trail and crossed completely through the middle of Green Valley to the east side (down an intersecting wash and under the freeway) with the sense of being not in the middle of town, but in the wilderness. We also spent a day riding bicycles on the trails that wind along the washes in Green Valley with the same sense of being at one with nature. Absolutely charming townhouse;convenient to everything (restaurants, stores, golf) in Green Valley. Our stay was the best experience one could wish for in the Sonoran Desert!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

it is like a new condo... Clean, quiet, close to everything. we BBQ'd every night, and sat out around the fire pit. what a time we had. we are going back next year.Recommended for: Age 55+.

This centrally located townhouse in on a cul-de-sac sitting on a slight knoll with its own driveway and carport. From the front patio facing east and the morning sunrise you have a great view of the Santa Rita Mtns. The back patio facing west shows a walking trail, arroyo and natural foliage so you have a sense of privacy with this end unit and the evening sunset. The neighborhood is quiet but friendly should you happen upon someone walking. Entering this home the southwest decor offers a wonderful welcome with its tasteful colors and evident comfort. The unit has been completely redone and pride of ownership prevails. Everything was brand new and spotlessly clean. The VRBO pictures are very accurate. Yet, they really don't do this lovely townhome justice. It has lots of natural light, with the windows giving you nice views and an open sense of space. The owners are charming, energetic and very responsive to any questions or concerns you might have. They are very clear in that their goal is to make you feel like "your home". Indeed we did! In renting a vacation property, there is always apprehension because you never quite know what you're getting. I will say I'm particular (although my husband will say fussy) but we both agree that this townhome is a PERFECT 10! We felt quite lucky selecting this home and you will too.Recommended for: Age 55+.
