Welcome to our vacation home, and your home away from home in Moab.
Our spacious single-level townhome was built in 2006, and was newly furnished and decorated in fall of 2010. With its 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, it is ready to welcome you and your family or group as you enjoy the Moab area.
We have furnished our townhome with your comfort in mind. The living room has a leather couch and loveseat, plus 2 ottomans, which provide very comfortable seating for all. The gas fireplace will keep you warm during those cold fall and winter days and evenings. A big-screen LCD HD TV with HD cable, along with a DVD player is available for your entertainment, as is a CD player. We have free secure high speed WI-FI for any of you who bring a computer, and want to stay in touch with the outside world.
The dining area has a large table with seating for 8. With the fully equipped kitchen, you can cook and eat in if you don’t want to go out to dinner. A gas grill and table and chairs on the walled patio provide the perfect spot for dining al fresco while enjoying the view of the Moab Rim and the surrounding red rock of the Moab Valley.
The master bedroom has a king bed, its own gas fireplace, and a big-screen LCD HD TV with HD cable, and DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a double/single bunk bed plus another single bed. Each of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms has its own LCD HD TV with DVD player. The 3 bedrooms will sleep 7 comfortably, and with the addition of the the roll-away bed, it’s possible to sleep 8 of your family and friends.
The 2-car garage provides space for your car and any of your vehicle “toys” to be stored securely. There is also off-street parking available.
Our townhome has views in multiple directions. From the windows of the living room, the red rock of the Moab Valley can be seen. From the kitchen, the morning sun on the Moab Rim will help wake you up. The patio provides views to all, plus the La Sal mountain peaks.
The Moab area offers so much – biking, hiking, fishing, white-water rafting, four-wheeling, and Arches and Canyonlands National Parks! This condo is conveniently located to all, and close to town, with its shopping and restaurants. You can even stay here and take day-trips (1-2 hours one-way) to numerous other areas – Mesa Verde, Monument Valley, Natural Bridge National Monument, Colorado National Monument, and more. After all this activity, be sure to relax in the Rim Village complex’s hot tub and pool.

We live in northeast Florida, and like to travel to the western states. We enjoy the national parks, especially those in Utah. We plan to come here 3 or 4 times a year. When we're not here, we'd like to share our vacation home with those who would like to experience Moab and the area in comfort.
Why the Owner Chose Moab
We "discovered" Moab and the surrounding area in the spring of 2009, and have been back 3 times since then. On our Spring 2010 trip, we decided to purchase a vacation home here, and are thrilled to be able to come here a few times a year and enjoy the area!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We thoroughly enjoy the comfort of the townhome. The views from the living room and kitchen windows, as well as those from the patio, make us realize what a beautiful place we're in. And the sky at night is awe-inspiring. Rim Village is a family-friendly area and is convenient to the town of Moab, and to many wonderful sights in the Four Corners area.

We had a great time here in Moab and in your wonderful town house. Four of us friends since college (actually, all my groomsmen) get together for a weekend annually, and Moab was this year's destination. Can't wait to come back with my wife and 2 boys. Dear Nancy and Bob, We have had an amazing time here in Moab! Your condo has been a perfect place to return to after days of hiking and 4-wheeling. The furnishings are so comfortable, especially the beds and the leather sofas. I had everything I needed to prepare meals in the kitchen. Jeff, Spencer, and Weston enjoyed the DirecTV and DVR in the evening, and thank you for having wifi!! This was truly one of the nicest and cleanest places we have rented. This Rim Village property was the perfect location and Moab landing pad for our family. We had 3 adults, 1 senior and 4 children (9-12 in age) stay in this condo and it worked out great. We we're so glad to have chosen this condo over others. It was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated which added to the enjoyment of our stay. After a day of hiking and mountain biking, this condo had everything we needed to spend an enjoyable evening on the property. While us cooks we're enjoying cooking in this super efficient kitchen, the others had a blast at the pool just down the street. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here, it does not disappoint.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay! This unit was VERY clean and comfortable, it has all of the amenities we needed including coffee! It's close enough to town, but far enough away to escape the crowds. The only negative was the propane tank for the gas grill was empty. Otherwise, we had no complaints and certainly will be recommending this rental to our friends!

This VRBO was fabulous. It was everything described and more! Clean, comfortable and so close to the activities we wanted to enjoy. I believe the owners went out of their way to have everything on hand to cook our own Thankksgiving Meal (so appreciative). Actually, the kitchen was well supplied; we were able to prepare all meals there. The home was emaculantly cleaned and felt like home. We did not want for anything! My family will definietly stay here again. Highly recommended!
