Large Lawn & Plenty of Privacy - Feels Like You're Vacationing in Old Hawaii - Poipu, Kauai - Hawaii Vacation Rental Home Kauai Rental Vacation Home at Poipu Beach Park "Maluhia ma ka Honua" (Peace on Earth) is a private, luxurious Kauai rental vacation home located just steps to the oceanfront at Poipu Beach Park on the south shore of Kauai. Great rental home for family vacations or for very private Kauai honeymoons after a romantic Hawaiian wedding. "Maluhia ma ka Honua" is a new (built in 1998), luxurious 2650 square foot beach house designed with the feel of an original plantation and detailed, decorated, and appointed to perfection. Beneath a vaulted, fan-cooled ceiling, the large, modern kitchen and the huge great room open up to the surrounding 1300 square foot covered lanai. Three spacious bedrooms each have a large, private bathroom, and every room is cross-ventilated for comfort. Three wonderful restaurants are within walking distance. Two resorts with Robert Trent Jones golf courses are within one mile. For smaller families, we also own two other Kauai rental vacation homes. Rent is $2415/week ($345/night) 4/19-6/13/08, 9/1-12/12/08, and 4/18-6/12/09.
Rent is $2765/week 12/15-4/18/08, 6/14-8/31/08, Thanksgiving, 12/13/08-4/17/09
The only other costs are 11.25% Hawaii tax and a $240 cleaning fee.
Minimum rental is 7 nights (14 at Christmas) unless there is a "fill-in" vacancy.
Full rent, tax, and cleaning fee are due 60 days(90 days at Xmas) prior to arrival
$1000 refundable security deposit is required within 10 days of reservation.
Reservations are made directly with the owner.  This house is managed by a local
