  The pictures don't lie. The apartment is as nice as it looks; clean, functional and cozy. The owner is friendly and very easy to work with. Great place for a couple wishing to visit all the sights of athens. Close to public transportation (underground and bus), grocery shopping and minutes to the steps of the acropolis. Stay here before going island hopping like my girlfriend and I did!

  This one bedroom apartment has everything that was included in the owners advertising and its location was truly below the acropolis - well, about 200 metres from it to be precise! We originally booked for 5 nights but we extended our stay to 8 nights (we wish we could stay longer) and had the wonderful opportunity to explore the old part of athens on foot, from the acropolis itself and its new Museum, to Plaka (early evening walks and stopping for a quick snack) and Thyseion and even right down to Syntagma Square to watch the change of Guard at the Presidential Palace. The arrangements made with the owners were adhered to the letter and they were very accommodating when requested to extend our stay as well as other little things that are so important when travelling overseas and help to make your holiday a memorable one! We would certainly recommend the apartment to any couples looking for a nice, quiet and clean apartment with all the necessary facilities for a short-term stay in athens.   Spending 11 nights here and the longer we stay, the happier we are with the location! Has a neighborhood feel, very convenient to everything, relaxed and friendly. The apt. is clean and has everything we need.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  Me and my wife stayed at the Acropolis aparment for a week last March. The owner (Paris) is a very friendly guy who met us upon arrival and made us feel comfortable stright away. This apartment is a very cozy unit and in an extremely good condition (I think we were lucky to be the first post-rennovation guests!). Its main advantage is its top location. The area is residential and very close the New Arcopolis Museum, the Acropolis tube station and Plaka!! Thank you for a great stay!

  We spent a week in this apartment, and found everything to be really good. We arrived after a long flight from the UK on a Saturday night, and the owner was very helpful in getting us setup. The decoration of the apartment is new and quite modern, and it's nice to have a separate living and bedroom areas. It was very clean, and plenty of spare linen and towels were provided. Even though it was March the outside temperature was quite warm and the A/C worked really well and made the place comfortable . The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and worked really good for us and the bathroom isn't massive, but it's got everything you need in there (also very clean as well!). WiFi speed was very satisfactory. The big plus is its LOCATION! It is in a very safe neighbourhood 2 blocks away from the Acropolis monument and we actually took a daily coffee at the coffee shops around the Acropolis pedestrian before starting the day. It is literally 5 minutes walk to the amazing new museum and right next to the Plaka area which is a great place to find tavernas and have lovely drinks at night. The Acropolis tube station is also very near as well (just outside the new acropolis museum). The area is also a lot more chilled out than other central areas, so it is nice to get back and relax after a day of sightseeing! Overall the apartment more than contributed to an amazing Athens trip for us, and I would certainly consider going back again. Paris, thanks for your hospitality!

  We had a fantastic experience staying in this apartment. Perfectly decorated and in a fantastic location, safe, quiet and very near Acropolis and Plakka. Apartment is ideal for two people. The owner was really helpful in every moment.
