Welcome to Peninsula Vallarta. Make your trip a memorable experience in this spacious 15th floor, four-bedroom, four-bath beachfront unit in Peninsula, a beautiful new 5 star resort and one of the most luxurious condominiums in all of Puerto Vallarta.
The Peninsula condos are perfectly located on the beach right in the heart of the hotel zone – just a short walk away from the adjacent shopping plaza, restaurants, banks and coffee shops. The resort amenities include a stunning two story atrium glass lobby, state of the art fitness center, steam/sauna rooms, business/computer center with free internet access, a social room, a private movie theater, and a bar/lounge. The Peninsula also has an enormous infinity pool with a swim-up bar and stunning views overlooking the city, Banderas Bay, and the Sierra Madre Mountains. Within minutes of The Peninsula are the downtown area, marina and yacht harbor, airport, and a golf course.
This 3500 square feet luxury-end unit has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps eight to ten people. There are two separate master bedrooms, each with king sized beds, 42 inch flat-panel TVs, and their own luxurious bathrooms. The third bedroom features two queen beds and also has its own bathroom. The fourth bedroom is perfect for children with a queen size bed. For your comfort and entertainment the custom built living and dining rooms have a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and a DVD and CD player. There are two large balconies with lounge chairs and a dining table – one wrapping around the living and dining room, the other around the two master suites – both giving way to expansive and unobstructed panoramic views of the surrounding ocean, river, city, and mountains.
This unit has been professionally decorated with spectacular finishes and beautiful custom granite counter tops in the kitchen and marble bathrooms. This fully furnished condo includes bed linens, towels, kitchenware and a dining set. Maid service is included prior to arrival and upon departure, and additional maid service is available upon request. Our personal greeter will meet you upon arrival for check-in and our concierge offers recommendations for tours and restaurants. Upon departure the condo will be inspected in order to refund your security/damage deposit. The property is monitored by security 24 hours a day.
Our condo is not a full time rental property and is mainly used as a personal family vacation home. We treat it with love and care and have no doubt that you will love Peninsula Vallarta and our home as much as we do.

Since the moment we arrived there we felt at home. The place is so secure and beautiful. Gorgeous condominium. Clean, nice decorations, spacious! great view! our stay was so nice! The pool is amazing!!!!!! . we are definitely staying there again. Actually we just booked our stay for this September! we can't wait! Planning on going there at least every 2 years!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Me and my family had a great time at this peninsula condo. The condo is luxurious, huge, and has a great view of downtown Puerto Vallarta and the ocean. The living area is great for the entire family. The balconies are very spacious and a great place to relax and enjoy the view day or night. The staff was always available and attentive to our every need. They made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely rent this condo again on my next trip to pv. It was a very enjoyable experience.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.
