Beautiful Modern Central 3 Bedroom 2 Bath in Trendy Fitzrovia
- Minimum stay:N/A

This spacious (66 sq m) recently decorated heart of Central London apartment provides enjoyable and comfortable accommodation. The property is in excellent condition and is offered fully furnished in a contemporary style.
The property is on the fifth floor (with lift) and is set out over one floor. There is woodstrip laminate flooring throughout and good natural light.
Two double bedrooms are at the rear of the building (so particularly quiet for sleeping) and overlook the local landmark, the impressive BT Tower. The master bedroom (2.89m x 4.19m) has a full ensuite with full-sized bath, shower unit, handbasin and WC. In addition, there is a good sized third bedroom (2.88m x 2.95m) with a single bed and a recently purchased Ikea sofa bed. Each bedroom is a light and bright room with a comfortable bed with Egyptian cotton sheets. External noise levels are low.
Off the hallway, there is a family bathroom with full-sized bath, shower, handbasin, heated towel rail and WC.
The hallway leads to the large living room, which has good quality furnishings, including two comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV, freeview, dining table and chairs. The large double-aspect picture windows overlook a pleasant tree-lined street.
The separate kitchen has a plenty of cupboard space and a full range of integrated appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer and coffee machine. The separate fridge and freezer both have plenty of storage space. Kitchen utensils are provided.
This is great opportunity to stay in a smart, attractive property in a super and safe area. The apartment is in a secure, recently renovated, quiet block with 43 flats in Fitzrovia, W1, bordering Fitzroy Square.
Fitzrovia is in the heart of the West End. It's a super central location with a villagey feel and Georgian architecture. The area was once home to such writers as Virginia Woolf, George Bernard Shaw and Arthur Rimbaud. Today it is a popular and lively neighbourhood with a residential and business mix. The numerous media companies based in the area feed into a trendy and vibrant buzz. There is a good range of shops and a huge choice of delicious restaurants and bars.
Tourist London is easily accessible on foot or by tube. All Central London museums, including the British Museum, are a walk away. Warren Street, Euston Square, Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road tubes are close by. Regent’s Park, Covent Garden and Oxford Circus are within a 10-minute walk. The City is a 20 minute door-to-door tube journey.
Several supermarkets are close by (including a good Sainsburys, Tescos, Marks and Spencers Food Hall and Waitrose isn’t far)

This flat was very well positioned, close to public transport , restaurants and shops. We were warm and cosy, had loads of space and plenty of hot water. Liz from Lizard properties was a dream to deal with, prompt in her communication and when we had a small issue with the dishwasher it was fixed that same day. Great customer service ! With three bedrooms this flat is ideal for families or groups who don't want to be living on top of one another. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

The apartment was everything and probably more than written in the reviews .It was central to 'everything ',just down the road from Oxford Street ,on the Central line to all big tourist attractions .A very clean , secure apartment that feels like a home away from home being very clean and comfortable .There is a lift to the 5th floor ,which is just outside the front door, the whole time we were there for 2 weeks we didn't see anyone else get in or out of the lift .It is a very private ,secure building Liz was just brilliant with all business transactions, prompt email exchange and all arrangements such as picking up keys and leaving the apartment with privacy being an important factor which we loved . We had a little problem with the washing machine which was solved in a 'flash' and in a very professional manner . The apartment was very warm ....the heating was brilliant .The apartment was also very clean .We were also impressed that things like washing powder ,dishwashing liquid ,bread ,cheese and butter were also left ,so we had a snack on arrival as we came from Australia.I didn't use the washing powder but it was so nice that Liz had left it for us . I have already recommended this apartment to all of our friends in Australia as many of our sons and daughters are living in London .Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We spent 8 nights in the flat with 6 people total (grandparents/parents/kids). The location is great with many grocers and restaurants within a short walk. Warren Street is the closest Tube stop but there are quite a few more with different lines 10-15 minutes away. Very convenient. Nothing flashy about the apartment but very functional and a great value. Just what we were looking for. We had some poor luck while staying there in that the oven did not work and a replacement part was needed for the toilet. However, Liz handled both very quickly (e.g. the oven was replaced while we were there) and professionally. We'd stay again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We had 5 in our family group (15,14 and 10 year old children plus parents). All were accommodated comfortably in this apartment. The apartment is great value, reasonably furnished without being luxurious. Fairly quiet considering how central it is in London. Liz provided a lot of useful information and was always prompt with answering emails. Payments were easily handled (which wasn't our experience in other accommodation in Europe). I have recommended this to other people considering reasonably priced and well located accommodation. We would happily stay there again and hope to do it when the bank account allows us to fly back from Australia!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was a GREAT location! Just a few blocks from several Tube stations and walking distance to so many attractions. We had 4 adults and the apt was a perfect size for us. It can sleep 6, but I think that would be best for a family, as 2 of the beds are in 1 room. It was a bustling area, yet quiet at night. 2 bathtubs were wonderful after long days of sightseeing. Grocery stores were only a short walk (less than 5 minutes) and pubs and restaurants were very numerous within a 5 minute walk in any direction.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time at this Fitzrovia flat. Working with Liz was practically effortless throughout the rental process, and she communicated with us at every step. She was easily amenable to various changes and problems we encountered and made every accommodation for our stay. The flat itself was lovely, in a great area, very quiet and with easy access to tube stations, restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Very comfortable for our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked, beds and sofas comfortable, and we experienced absolutely no disturbance from neighbors or outside street noise. Overall this was one of the best choices we made when planning our holiday in London, and would definitely rent again! Encourage anyone else to do the same!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our group of three adults and two children recently stayed at the apartment for a week. We enjoyed our visit very much. The booking, check-in and deposit refund were very efficient. All our questions prior to arrival were answered timely and the check-in (we were met at the door - no need to trek to a management office) went smoothly - we asked for a baby cot and one was set up before we arrived. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well-stocked (with the exception of a decent frying pan). Washing machine worked well and had a drying function, which was much appreciated because of our messy toddler. Wifi worked great. There was some late night noise from the bar on a couple of nights but this affected only one of the three bedrooms. We thought that the apartment was great value (would be even more so for a larger group) and the location was much more central than expected - we walked to all of the theatres, Covent Garden, British museum, Oxford street, Madame Tusseauds, London zoo and Trafalgar square. The tube stops for Northern line and Victoria line were very close, as were many supermarkets and restaurants. Would stay again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

The flat was clean, comfortable and close to everything we needed. We cooked a lovely Christmas dinner and felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay and would like to thank Liz for all her assistance. We loved the Christmas card! The information provided was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We had many walks around the area and always felt safe. We were looking forward to a bit of snow, but that didn't take away from our Christmas in London.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Hi Kim. Lovely to hear that you and your family enjoyed the trip. Sorry that you missed the snow! After a warm festive season, London is cold and snowy now. You'll have to come back! With best wishes. Liz

Why the Owner Chose Westminster:
The local area is buzzing but the flat is in a quiet street so you get the best of both worlds. There’s a huge array of bars and restaurants in the area, including in nearby Charlotte Street and neighboring Soho. For entertainment, you have Theatreland close by, numerous cinemas, comedy clubs, late night bars, dancing and nightclubs. If shopping appeals, you can shop til you drop in nearby Oxford Street, Regent Street, Covent Garden, Carnaby Street, Camden Market and Bond Street. They are all a walk away. For outside life, neighboring Fitzroy Square is a peaceful and pleasant place to enjoy a sandwich and watch the world go by. Alternatively, it’s a 10 minute walk to Regent’s Park, a wonderful 410-acre open space offering stylish gardens with cafés, rose and wildlife gardens, a boating lake, sports facilities, an open-air theatre and zoo.
