  The condo is exactly as described and shown in the pictures; in very good condition with a very serviceable kitchen, very good A/C, and a closet with sand toys for kids, beach chairs for mom and dad, and a beach umbrella. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped that we could easily cook simple meals, and there was plenty of room in the condo to invite another family to dine with us one night--the 4 adults could eat around the dinning room table and the 4 kids at the table on the balcony. The bedroom was roomy with a mini-room that served as a huge walk-in closet. It would have made an ideal sleeping space for a young child in a crib (and there was a folding pack-n-play crib in the closet for such purpose). The bathroom has a nice tub with shower, and the dual sinks (one in the bathroom and one in the vestibule just outside the bathroom) were very handy. The walk to the beach couldn't be more convenient, and the pool (while a bit chilly in April) was very inviting. The water temperature of the ocean was perfect and warmer than the pool. The bar at the pool is a great place for lunch or dinner (just bring cash, they don't take credit cards). The one thing we were glad that we did (that we almost didn't) was to rent a car. A car was essential with young kids as the distances to get places are significant, especially in the heat of midday. You can park the car in the gated lot for $3 a day and a $75 deposit for the electronic gate-opener.

  We stayed in this unit of the Coral Beach condos for a friend's wedding, and many of the attendees rented out other units in the complex. Photos and listing information accurate, and the owners were always a pleasure to deal with - quick to respond to emails, answer questions, and provided great information about the island and little details we wouldn't have known otherwise. Location was within easy (daytime) walking distance to Lucaya, where there ample restaurant options and a little shopping (though I came home empty-handed). The development has a beach bar open daily - MUST try the blackened sole wrap, coconut curry wrap, and fish and chips. Incredibly helpful and friendly security staff. Secure property. Gorgeous location.

  I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in the Bahamas. It is in a great location - right on the beach and within walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The views were picture perfect!

  My girlfriends and I spent a long weekend at your condo and had an absolutely wonderful time! The condo was great - just as advertised. Everything was clean and nice and there was plenty of room in the condo. We will definitely be back again! Thanks!!

  We had a wonderful week at this Condo! The information package that the owners sent ahead of time had some great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The beach was the best swimming beach we found on the island, and within an easy walk to the Port Lucaya Marketplace. The manager met us at the building entrance to show us around and was always available to answer questions. The Condo was clean, fresh and comfortable, a great place to prepare meals and relax after a long day of exploring. The pool bar was open, we had been told it may not be, and turned out to have some of the best prices we found for both food and drinks. My family can't wait to go back next year!

  We wanted to thank you for your hospitality. We had a great time and enjoyed the stay. We found a play friend in one of the other condos for our youngest and everything worked out well. Upon leaving, we donated a snorkel set to the beach collection due to a lack of room to pack it! Thank you again!
