Nestled in a quiet location with your own private beach and infinity pool to relax by. Three dining areas: inside in Air conditioning, outside al- fresco and beach front under the stars. The villa can be provided with a chef and full serviced for additional charges.
The house comprises of four bedrooms, two bedrooms with views overlooking the pool beach and Caribbean Sea. The house can comfortably sleep 10. One of the bedrooms comprises of a self contained guest suite with kitchenette and separate entrance with views overlooking the harbour and mountain ranges.
The 'Great Room' has a spacious beam and rafted ceiling, with elegant travertine marble floors, and a 30ft folding glass wall opening onto a shaded poolside patio and outdoor dining/entertaining area, overlooking the pool and powdery white sands of the beach.
The house is fully insulated and has double glazed low energy toughened glass throughout with five point dead bolt locking on all the doors and locking windows and alarm system.
The floors are Travertine throughout the house including the pool deck. The kitchen is oak with a granite work top and the house is fully wired for satellite/TV/wireless Internet and streams separate music to each room with a state of the art Sono's system. The property has a 50" plasma TV and cinema screen approximately 8ft X 7'6" all the other bedroom have flat screen TV's with DVD players.
The master suite has a large corner spa bath with chromatherapy lighting and Jacuzzi jets. This suite also has a large separate dressing room with wall to wall designed wardrobes for his and hers with a dressing table and stool - and it's fully air conditioned.
Leading out from the open plan living area is the private pool and deck with color changing mood lighting. There is also a large Jacuzzi leading in to the pool with panoramic views over the Caribbean sea. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ area are situated right on the beach for entertaining.
On the marina side of the property is the sea dock system capable of mooring three large boats and includes a jet ski lift. The sea dock also has a 200 square foot boat house and approximately 105ft of sea wall and a garden area.
Antigua is an odd-shaped Caribbean island ringed with white sand beaches, surrounded by beautiful azure waters. Rolling green hills, picturesque villages, a lush and enchanted stretch of rainforest and the beautiful white beaches paint make up the landscape of Antigua. It is a beautiful getaway and many tourists enjoy the energetic island culture but also the peace and tranquility that the surrounding seas bring. Antigua is the perfect place to go SCUBA diving and sailing (visit Antigua during Sailing Week which occurs annually in April). As a popular stop for major cruise ships, Antigua offers great duty-free shopping. Antigua offers many great island tours – go shopping in the capital (St. John’s), visit historic sites, check out the beaches and local residents or sail to the nearby islands.
