Located on the south coast of Antigua, close to the entrance of Falmouth Harbour and only 5 minutes off the main road, Carib House is private and perfect for a get-away holiday, honeymoon or a small conference. This vacation rental is also ideal for intimate wedding receptions or functions for 20-80 persons with spacious living and entertaining areas.
This area features a pool with a green stone island and a gazebo with bamboo couches and cushioned terraces, all surrounded by a natural stone patio-area totaling some 2,000 square feet.
A long gravel driveway winds up through the park and leads up to a grand entrance, featuring a beautiful date palm in the centre and banana trees on both sides. Within the main house and entered from the same level there are 3 bedrooms. All spacious, airy, and mosquito-screened with wooden louvered windows. On entering the main house there is a lush indoor sitting room with games area with billiards table and open plan kitchen.

Decorated for comfort, the master suite is furnished with a large king size bed, large wicker chairs and ceiling fan. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom featuring natural stone double showers, a dressing room, his and hers basins and its own balcony offering spectacular views.
The two guest suites can be set up with either a king size or two twin beds. One of the bedrooms has a handmade mahogany desk with views across to Pigeon beach on Falmouth Harbour beyond the bank of bougainvilleas.
The Cottage is fully screened and furnished with a wrought iron king size four poster bed, mahogany bedside tables and a ceiling fan. The cottage is set above the pool and deck. The cottage also has its open en-suite bathroom and dressing room and a wrap around verandah complete with comfortable chairs.
Another spacious sitting is an outdoor setting of comfortable, large colonial style wicker furniture overlooking the pool area.

Carib House is just 60 feet above sea level. There is a private path that takes you to Turtle Bay Beach. On a calm day, there is excellent snorkelling in Turtle Bay. This almost deserted beach can be quite shelly, making it ideal for collecting precious little treasures. While we cannot call this villa beach front, it is exceptionally close to the beach, being just a two minute stroll down the private path to the beach, making Carib House an excellent value.
