The large sundeck provides a great view of the water over 180 feet of deep water dockage with power, water and a great spot to clean fish. With hardwood floors and new carpet this place has all the comforts of home. Have a big family? This house is located next to Island Time which is also available for rent. Pets are also welcome at "A Place in the Sun."
