  We stayed here 3 weeks it was AWESOME.. This was our second VBO Holiday in a row in Kona last year we stayed at a different property and hope we are fortunate enough to book this one again, The Condo was Very nicely equiped with everything you can think of for everyday living to entertainment . The Neighbors and property staff very Friendly and informative. I highly recomend this property as long as its not when we want it :).. Aloha

  My husband and I just stayed in the lovely condo for an extended length of time. We felt like we were home. The owners thought of everything including spices, laundry soap and trash bags. In other VRBO homes we have stayed at, these things have not been provided. One of the very nicest things about this condo is the free wireless Internet and the up graded cable with DVR and on demand. We are definite going to stay here next year for even longer.

  Alli Lani is the best value you will find on the Big Island. The complex is fairly new, well kept and has two nice pools. This was our second stay there, we all felt that this unit was better than the other unit, and probably one of the best units to rent in the complex. Being a corner unit it has a good size Lanai that overlooks Alli Drive, which is full of activity, yet the unit seems private, probably because it faces away from the rest of the complex and is on the second floor. You can see the ocean in the distance. The units gets a nice breeze in the living room with the sliding doors and front door open. If you have rented condos before you can tell the difference between an investor rented unit and a unit which the owner uses as a second home. This unit is definently set up as the owners second home which makes it a great place to spend an extended vacation.

  Stayed hear with another couple and we couldn't have been happier! The Owner's were very helpful and courteous. They accommodated every need we had and even had some pleasant surprises around the house like a cooler and beach stuff we could use! Small stuff like that made our experience that much better. Plus, the condo is located right off Ali'i Drive on the second floor so there's always a pleasant breeze flowing throughout the house. Great location, great amenities, spacious condo, feel of your own home away from home! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we will be staying here again in the future!   What struck me immediately about this condo in Alii Lani is the welcoming nature of the decorations and accommodations. I felt as if I was staying at the comfortable house of a friend, rather than a cookie cutter set of rooms that are minimally accommodated. The couch, dining set, and bedroom sets are comfortable and attractive; the kitchen is easy to use and amply supplied with equipment to cook real substantial meals should you desire to do so. A smoothly functioning entertainment system provides easy access to television and instant movies from Netflix, while wifi service is reliable and fast (no connection problems in two whole weeks! :-) In a nice touch, the owners have supplied a complimentary selections of spices, oils, and sauces that can be used to reproduce the popular Asian cuisine of the island at home. There is a moderate amount of traffic noise from Alii Drive during busy hours, but the flip side of this is the fantastic location. The condo is a short walk to downtown Kona and/or a number of nice little beaches and shoreline access points; all the major roadways of the island are close to Alii Lani and easily accessible. In short, this condo is comfortable, convenient, and centrally located, the perfect place to stay for an enjoyable vacation on the Big Island! I plan to visit again next year!

  We were so fortunate to share Bob and Barb' Hawaiian paradise. Everything was so thought out from the tastefully done tropical decor to the island spices left for our use. We especially like the notebook they took the time to put together of island highlights. The condo was close to everything!! Bob was very attentitive, professional and treated us like family!! They thought of everything for the perfect vacation. Of course all the electronic conveniences was also very nice!!! You will not choose a better place to stay! We will be back.
