**Please be aware the HOA will be doing roof replacement for the Powderhorn Complex starting May 6th and is estimated to be completed early June. While the HOA will do their best, there will be impacts to parking and potential noise issues**

The Powderhorn condos are just steps across the stream from the high-speed 6-passenger Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9 and only two blocks to Main Street. This fourth floor Breckenridge condo offers a vaulted interior with plenty of natural light and a peaceful wooded view from both decks. Wonderful!!!!!

I was apprehensive this unit being on 4th floor elevator made it easy. Walk to slope was a trail behind condo down steps little walk through beautiful woods across a bridge then up a little hill and you’re there! The unit was exceptionally clean!!There was plenty of space for everyone.Unit was quiet you could open door onto one of the balconies and hear the stream and smell the trees. We loved this place!!kudos to the owners of this unit had everything we needed and more!! You made our trip enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!!

Great family weekend

We enjoyed our time. The pictures are accurate with the one bedroom a loft, but large bathroom off the loft. Easy check in process with a 5 minute walk to the chair.

Great Location

Great location and check in process. Unit was bigger than we anticipated. The unit and garage parking spot were both right by the elevator which makes loading and unloading easy. Also easy access to the walking path to the lifts, only a 5 minute walk or 10 minutes at most with small kids.
