Beautiful raised beach house – Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Perfect for families with multi-generations! Our home has FOUR spacious bedrooms each with a private bath. The king and queen bedrooms open directly onto the screened living porch. There are hair dryers in the bedrooms with King and queen beds, one less thing for you to pack.
There are 4 TV’s and multiple DVD players, 2 TV’s are in the main living areas and 2 TV’s are in the bedrooms. The screened porch has a large gathering table for al fresco dining. Our family loves to cook and you will find a well stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils in good condition. There is a large laundry room near the kitchen. We do not have pool access but find we really don’t miss it as we are so close to the ocean.
In the back yard there is another deck with charcoal grill and outdoor showers. There is also a large utility room on the lower level with an extra fridge for drinks, coolers, and beach chair storage.
Litchfield Beach has been our home away from home for many years. We love the Pawleys Island community for the golf courses, boating, fine dining, beaches and shopping. Beautiful Brookgreen Gardens is just a short bike ride away on the bike trail. You can easily be in Myrtle Beach in 30 minutes or enjoy a day trip to historic Charleston.

Great house with lots of room for a group. Perfect for a girls week with plenty of bathrooms and beds. This is a really comfortable house with lots of upgrades in terms of a complete kitchen and nice furnishings. We love the variety of restaurants and the interesting shops in the area. This house is also great for families with the separate living area in the back. This is great for kids to play and watch a movie. They can also play outside and on the back deck. You will enjoy your stay here and will look forward to coming again and enjoying your drinks and dinner on the large screened in porch!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We really enjoyed staying at this beach house, it was very easy to rent and affordable. Besides being cute and clean it was a perfect space for both privacy and family time. It had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. The location was great for me to shop, my husband could golf and the kids loved biking and of course the beach! We look forward to returning to Litchfield Beach again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We just spent a great week at this charming house by the ocean. The house is well maintained and tastefully decorated. It was an easy walk to the beach and the bike trail is great! Can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.
