This two bedroom, two bath, ocean view condo is on the fifth floor of Hacienda del Sol II, just yards from the Atlantic Ocean. You will enjoy inviting views of the beach from every room. As an additional treat, your private balcony also offers a spectacular view of launches from Cape Canaveral (Kennedy Space Center).
New Smyrna Beach offers swimming, walking, biking, surfing, fishing, flying kites, or just relaxing on the beach and enjoying the sites and wildlife that abound. There are no cars on this portion of the beach, just pelicans, sandpipers, sand crabs, and sea turtles.
The condo has central air and heat, a fully-equipped kitchen, and dining area, cable TV, VCR/DVD player, DSL internet service, queen bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa. All linens and towels are provided. Washer/Dryer facilities are conveniently located within the unit. An on-site manager is available to ensure you have everything you need.
Hacienda del Sol II has a heated swimming pool, a small kiddy pool, and a sun-deck right on the beach. The pool side cabana has a full kitchen, rest rooms, showers, and two gas grills. Shuffleboard is also available for your enjoyment.
A grocery story is a five minute walk away. Nearby attractions include Daytona 20 minutes away, Cape Canaveral 30 minutes away, and Walt Disney World with its 4 theme parks in Orlando just over an hour away.

My family has lived in the area for over 60 years and I grew up spending a lot of my free time at New Smyrna Beach. I still love walking the beach and reliving memories of gatherings with my family and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
New Smyrna Beach is perfect for family outings. The beach extends up and down the coast for miles and you can walk out into the Ocean quite a distance before it gradually begins to drop off. Wildlife include myriad birds, schools of dolphins and nesting rare turtles. Cars are not allowed in our section of the beach so it is peaceful and never crowded. The balcony can easily sit 4 people to watch the action on the beach, the dolphins or the rare shuttle launches from Cape Canaveral.

I just returned from your condo in New Smyrna Beach. Thank you so much. The condo was fabulous and the pool and grounds were lovely. We'll keep you in mind for next year because we absolutely fell in love with the area.
