Villa Ivrea is located at the northern tip of Cap Estate and boasts breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. It offers all the amenities required by discerning travelers, beginning with luxuriously appointed bedrooms and social areas, together with outdoor features like the infinity pool, panoramic verandas, pergola and terraced gardens.

There are four well-appointed bedrooms, all located on the top level of the house. Two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and a bathroom is shared by the other two.

In addition to the main house, Villa Ivrea offers a fully independent one-bedroom cottage that sleeps two and includes a full kitchen, central air conditioning and a veranda with a splash pool.

All this is just the beginning, as the rest of this beautiful island awaits being explored by those interested in snorkeling, hiking, bird watching, scuba diving, sightseeing, mountain biking, deep-sea fishing, sailing and more.
