Wonderful ranch for 8 just 1/10 mile from the beautiful private Far Echo Harbor beach! This 3 bedroom home boasts a new custom kitchen and bath, a large screen porch with water views through the trees, bumper pool table and dining area with small refrigerator and satellite t.v. This home is very neat and clean and offers 3 bedrooms and a full sofa bed in the livingroom. There is a wall A/C unit in the livingroom and portable fans. Situated in a private setting yet just a 1/10 mile walk to the gorgeous beach and docks. A dock for up to a 21' boat available for additional $150/week (tenant must request dock at time of booking). Your best friend (dog that is) may be allowed with the owners approval and a $50 pet charge; please ask when you book your week(s). Owner also owns the lot next door which makes for ample parking for cars, boat trailers, etc. Bedroom 1: Queen Bedroom 2: Double Bedroom 3: Double Livingroom: Double Sofa Bed New in 2012: Patio area off the back of the screen porch with horse-shoe pit and wireless internet! Property owner MUST have at least 2 weeks notice to rent before June 8 or after Labor Day.
