Rest assured, even though we allow small pets, we are exceptional in making sure the next guest enjoys their stay at the condo knowing that the unit has been cleaned throughly. We are also offering a small air cleaner machine in the unit for extracting, if any, odors and dander.

HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a hurricane or hurricane threat (valid during June 1- November 30) to our area and an
evactuation (mandatory) is issued by state or local authorities ...all or part- difference between time used and time remaining, of the rent, minus cleaning fee (if part of rent used ) is refunded.
My goal is not to have you travel to or stay if a hurricane situation (mandatory evacuation or threat)
makes you uncomfortable. Please always call me and I will work it out with. Your safety is our priority.

Masterbedroom has king size bed with private full bath with tub/shower, Guestroom has queen bed with access to shared 2nd full bathroom (tub/shower) with separate vanity, queen pull out sleeper sofa in living room and two twin bunkies in area off from livingroom/dining area.
