Stunning villa on the top of the hill in front of the ocean 500 mt walking to the Beach of Manzanillo; very calm beach perfect for families. Kayaking and fishing is good on this spot. The villa is very comfortable with very big garden with 3 ranchos, swimming pool and big jacuzzi.
Very big hall with fireplace, nice kitchen with oven nice and comfortable living room with satellite television...nice dining room very fresh and nicely windy at the ground floor. Outside there are 3 desk of pine tree floors that surround the pools.
On the first floor we have 4 complete bedrooms, one with king size bed, closet, air conditioning and private bathroom with shower and big terrace. The other with big queen size bed and private bathroom with shower and oceanview. The other with a king bed that split into 2 single big beds with little closet and big terrace. The other has plenty of views to meditate or can be arranged as a bedroom with queen size bed. Then there is a bathroom with shower.
On the third floor there is a big panoramic view that can be used as a shala or to guest some people. There are 5 dogs very lovely that helps to look after the property and a maid and a gardener that lives in a house in the property. The property is a hill of 20000mt; there are fruit trees: bananas, coconuts, papayas, and mangoes.
Monkeys and tropical birds are always visiting the little forest.... stunning sunset and moonset and starviewing.
