Sugar Bay is located on  a perfect crescent of sugar, white sand at the lapping shores of tranquil Discovery Bay.  It is a stunning haven of luxury and style.

The interiors are defined by elegant custom-designed furniture, color washed walls and fascinating objects of art from Jamaican the Caribbean and around the world. 


The villa is a two-story home and a dramatic mahogany staircase curves gracefully through the living room to a minstrel's gallery and cozy upstairs second sitting area complete with satellite TV/DSS television and VCR. 
 
Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs and two downstairs. True to Jamaican charm, each of the five bedrooms is lovingly detailed in handcrafted furnishings and art. Private balconies offer dramatic views by day and the song of the ocean by night.
 
Home cooked meals are served outside on the comfortable verandah or guests may choose to dine in the country French indoor dining room. 
 
The living area opens to a flower draped large furnished verandah-perfect for relaxing as well as dining.
Just beyond is the private freshwater swimming pool  featuring blue mosaic tile and complete with a Jacuzzi.  The grassy lawn leads gently from the large verandah to the 100 foot private beach.  he villa is equipped with sea kayaks, a boat dock and snorkeling equipment.
 
Two seaside gazebos provide the ideal setting for heavenly massages as well as savoring tropical drinks and enjoying the mesmerizing sunsets across the bay.
 
The villa  boasts a private Laykold tennis court complete with a ball machine and lights for night play.
Sugar Bay is located approximately a 25 minute drive from colorful Ocho Rios which offers wonderful restaurants, duty-free shopping, nightlife, tours of Great Houses, rafting on the Martha Brae River, swim with the dolphins and the famous Dunn's River Falls. 

If occupancy exceeds 10 guests, please note that there is an additional $50/per additional guest/per night charge.  Sugar Bay is an outstanding home perfect for families or couples.
 
Please note that for large family reunions/groups, the villa may be combined with other neighboring villas in Discovery Bay such as Fortlands Point, Makana, Keelawee, Whispering Waters, A Summer Place, Sundown, Coral Cove 1 & 2, Seagapes & Sea Haven.
