  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is comfortable, inviting, and well-decorated, and the kitchen is fully supplied. We loved the large balcony overlooking the greenspace to the river. We look forward to returning very soon. Have always stayed at another condomium resort in New Braunfels, but have now found a new home away from home! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy a few days of respite in your lovely home.

  Always enjoy staying in a well furnished and very nice condo, especially like the large Master bedroom with walk in closet. Love the big patio, even saw deer a few times in the morning from this 3rd floor patio. Enjoy going out to eat in nearby restaruants as well as cooking in. Of course the jacuzzies are great also. Would recommend it to any one to enjoy the area or just come to relax. Thanks a bunch Chuck & Crystal. Your March home away from home guests, Bill & Dee

  If I'm not camping right next to the river, I want to be as close to it as possible! This condo is in a great location, is clean and comfortable, fully furnished with everything you need for a perfect getaway. The large back lawn has picnic tables and goes all the way down to the river. The pool and hot tub looked nice although it was too cool to enjoy them. I will be back!

  Wife and I stayed there in August on a whim. Needless to say, its just perfect, clean, homy, and affordable. We will deffinitely stay there in the future - although next time we will bring the kiddos, they would love it too.

  We just got home from a wonderful girls weekend at your condo and it was WONDERFUL! It's spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and close to everything! Basically EVERYTHING YOU NEED! We would totally stay there again! Thanks so much!!!

  Our family meets up each year in New Braunfels to enjoy relatives, fun, food, & water. Your home was a perfect spot for our portion of the group. We loved the pool, floated out the "back door" down the river, and picnicked in the yard. We especially show up each year to visit Schlitterbahn. After our day at the park, we could wash swimsuits and dry towels while dinner bubbled on the stove. Neat clean spot, fully stocked kitchen, close to all activities. Only minor complaint was behavior of other pool guests. Large group was in the hot tub drinking beer in glass containers, smoking, and speaking rudely. But we know you have no control over other guests. Would definitely visit again--and certainly recommend to others. Thanks for your great hospitality.

  Awesome Condo. Had everything I needed, up to date and modern. Beds were soft and towels smelled good. No dought I would stay there again.

  Our stay was wonderful. This condo had plenty of room for 6 guests - plus all the amenities which was a huge plus! We really had enjoyed our stay and will definately be back next summer!!
