Your home is an quaint country cottage, decorated with beautiful antique furniture and decor. You can start your morning at the breakfast table in the sunroom listening to the crackling fire from the wood burning stove, spend your day swimming in the extra large private swimming pool complete with diving board, two extra large sunbrella umbrellas, lunch table, and 4 lounge chairs or get cozy in the jacuzzi that's open year round. You can barbecue on the Weber 3-burner outdoor grill and enjoy your lunch on the deck or by the pool. At night, lounge in the living room with large screeen television with surround sound, stereo, and interent t.v. Kitchen is fully stocked with serving pieces, plates, cutlery, stemware all brought in from my travels.
The property is 2 1/2 acres with the front acre being totally open space to play or pick apples from the giant apple tree. There's even enough room for a football or soccer game. The back acre is a wooded adventure land. There is a large yard behind the sunroom, and yet another yard by the side of the pool. There is even a barn which can house two cars. There are 6 bicycles to bike around or to the beach which is a short distance away. I live right near Round Swamp Farm and you can walk there for your groceries. The house is on Three Mile Harbor (long flag lot so no noise at all) and a short walk to Nick & Toni's or to town. (7 minutes)
All the bedrooms have queen size beds with luxury bedding, blankets, and towels. There is one bedroom downstairs with an adjoining bathroom. There are three bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom. However, please note that the middle bedroom although big, is not totally private because one has to walk through the middle bedroom to reach the bathroom and back bedroom. Thus, this middle bedroom is more suitable to a single person or children. Also, the beds are all brand new and the mattresses and pillows are encased and allergen proof.
For the winter, the house has 3-zone central heating as well as an antique wood burning stove in the sunroom. There is dual zone central air conditioning. The pool and patio has been remodeled with blue stone, the bathrooms were just remodeled, and the bedrooms have all been been redesigned.
A jacuzzi is attached to the house so you can jump straight in from the house in winter.

We booked our stay as part of a corporate rental while on work assignment. We were there for about 12 days during peak Hamptons season. The owner allowed us to bring our dogs, who definitely enjoyed the huge fenced yard. We found the house to be extremely well-appointed, as was the outdoor space- pool and jaccuzi- nice places to relax! We enjoyed home cooked meals at the end of our long workday mostly outdoors. The bedding and beds themselves were extremely comfortable. She had a very helpful manual printed out that explained about operating the pool and jaccuzi, where to find household supplies (which came fully stocked not always the case in Hamptons rentals!), and helpful shopping, beach and restaurant recommendations (spot-on by the way). Her property manager was one of the nicest people I've met, as was she. She was extremely responsive to our needs throughout our stay and we would definitely stay here again. Definitely one of our superior rental experiences!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

About the owner: I live in NYC and always wanted a weekend get away home that I could restore. I found mine in 2010 and I bought it on the spot, without any hesitation. I am in love with this house, which exudes romance. I have been collecting for a long time and I finally have a home to store all of my goodies from Italy and all my travels. The house is truly a peaceful place.
Why the Owner Chose East Hampton:
This is a perfect location on Three Mile Harbor near Serafina and before Round Swamp Farm. It is on a super long flag lot so there is absolutely no street noise. There is a huge pool with diving board and extra large jacuzzi
