Come and enjoy our recently constructed 6 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home on the edge of Lake Winnipesaukee. You will enjoy the inside of the house, as much as the outside! Relax on the patio and take in the views of the lake, while the kids play on the private, sandy beach. Enjoy the view as the Mount Washington ship makes it daily voyages. Cook a delicious meal in the chefs kitchen, and enjoy it in the family friendly "3-season" porch or in the dining room with seating for 8. Curl up with a book in the living room, and turn on the gas fireplace for a cozy evening at home.
This is the perfect location for parents to vacation with the kids. No need to pack a lunch or load the car for a day at the beach and then searching for a public bathroom... you are always steps from your home. You can bring your boat or rent one from a local marina, then enjoy the many towns, shop and restaurants by boat. The kids can enjoy the waterslides at Weirs Beach. Parents can relax at the Docks Restaurant in Meredith or at Garwoods Restaurant in Wolfeboro for delicious food and famous cocktails.
During the snowy winter months you can enjoy the skiing at Gunstock Mountain which is just 25 minutes from your front door or venture a bit further to the many other ski mountains of North Conway (located about 60 miles north). Snowmobilers can enjoy the many trails or the high speed racing across the frozen lake. At the end of the day you know you can return for a great meal, a warm beverage in front of the fireplace, and a cozy bed!
