    “We have retuned to the Love Shack many times since our honeymoon in 2000. We have noted subtle changes over the years…new art installments, composting, an upgraded tub, but the peaceful charm and tranquility remain constant and exactly what we yearn for everytime. Bless you for not installing a big screen TV! We will be back.”

    A couple of nights in this Love Shack is a savory way to bring our honeymoon to a close. Creative energy all around: beach, bubbles & burgundy libations, a trip well worth taking.     We couldn't have asked for a more comfy, cozy place to lounge in! A terrific week-end of strolling, sleeping, sipping vino, eating cheese, listening to "groovy" tunes and enjoying ocean views. The one word to describe this place is a "snuggery"... look it up? Thanks for everything. A & M

    It's our third wedding anniversary and we are in heaven. This is my favourite place. Like our marriage this place just keeps getting better. Spending our wedding night at the Love Shack was the perfect start. It's peaceful and beautiful, but it's also private, simpe, quiet and totally delicious. The details... fresh fruit, flowers, old cameras, candles, coffee, old knobs, driftwood, artwork, mini statue of David, and the bath tub - oh yeah! The Love Shack celebrates all the right things and beats any fancy hotel or spa hands down. Did I mention the view? I love waking up in the middle of the night to the bright moon reflecting of the ocean. The Love Shack Rules. Thank you Peter and Lynda, see you again next year... or sooner. M & E

    I came here thinking I knew what love was, but it had cracks in it and far too many unanswered questions, all I was hoping for was an answer for Steve and I... I came away with so much more and understanding true love and also having found my true love. For me, this has been a life-changing four days that was only enhanced by our peaceful surroundings. I learned a lot about myself and most importantly the lovely man by my side. C

    No telephones, no TV, no cell phones, no interruptions from the outside world. What a magical place to wake up in and come to each day. I continued to be delighted by all the little treasures hidden around the Love Shack ~ new discoveries every day. All topped off by the evening on the deck watching the day disappear. Heaven!     As soon as we walked through the door, we knew we were home. "Romantic" doesn't even begin to describe this place. "Magical" is a lot closer. "Enchanting" would be an even better one. Two nights is too short, though it was two nights we won't forget. What a perfect place to spend our anniversary, to fall in love again and again. Till next time. M & H

    This was a beautiful sojourn by the sea. All of the "objets d'amore" were like gentle nudges that put a smile on our faces and kisses on our lips. Below deck, a mother merganser floated by on our last morning with 9 lovely chicks. All of the sea life was a treat. Thank you for the most interesting and lovely stay. S & J, Moberly, BC
