Amazing Daytona condo

Looking at the pictures of this condo prior to our trip I was anticipating staying in a nice place. The condo way exceeded my expectations! The unit was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had an awesome balcony. Everything you need is there, from a fully equiped kitchen, comfy beds, 3 nice tv's, and a laundry room full of beach chairs/coolers/umbrellas/toys. I was traveling with my husband and 2 college age sons & this place was absolutely perfect for us. The beach was beautiful and you could walk for miles. Ocean is great to play & swim in and you can get from the room to the water in just a couple minutes. Daytona is a fun area with lots to do and plenty of good restaurants. I hope to go back & would absolutely love to stay in this condo again.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Excellent Vacation Home

The condo is everything we expected. Great views, great location and very clean and maintained. This condo is located away from the hustle of Daytona Beach Boardwalk so there was not much traffic and the beach was not crowded which is a huge plus. All other attractions are within 5 minutes of the condo. Having the garage to park in was an added benefit so your vehicle wasn't hot when you went to get in it. Disney World is only an hour away so this would be a great spot for families with children so you could enjoy the beach and Disney World at the same time. Will definitley go back to the beach and would rent this condo again.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Lovely condo, very clean, beautiful beach view and location. Walk out of building to pool and beach and owner provided great beach supplies, all that we could need. We spent several days and enjoyed every moment. The washer and dryer provided in the unit was a great convenience. Stores and restaurants very convenient to condo. Will certainly see if this unit is available next time we visit Daytona.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

great oceanfront condo

The condo is just as stated, clean, comfortable, and everything you need is furnished. The owner’s attention to comfort is second to none. The balcony over looking the ocean is really an added bonus we thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrises there. Dealing with the condo owner was easy and efficient. He was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were accommodated in everyway. The managers’ of the condo however, their attitude gave us the impression they do not like renters. They have strict rules that they enforce (and sometimes not very politely) i.e.: shirts or cover-ups and shoes must be worn inside the building at all times, even going from room to pool or the beach. The $50. charge to let us in our condo after locking the keys inside seemed a little extreme, in all fairness I believe I might have been warned about the fee, but let’s face it, we were on vacation and it was the first day. We were told, however, the next time was free (isn’t that backwards? Shouldn’t they have opened the door free the first time and then warned us of a $50 fee next time?). All things considered we had a great time.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

Family of Six

The owner’s website is very useful and informative and helped us make our decision to give them a try. Next, the owner was very prompt in replying to our emails, informing us of “next steps” and sending us our key and garage pass. When the six of us (four adults and 2 kids) arrived, everything was as promised. The condo was very clean and new-looking. The kitchen is well-supplied. The beds were comfortable with good sheets. The bathrooms were very nice with good towels. Air conditioning worked great! The patio furniture was superb! The swimming pool and deck were very nice, and the beach PERFECT! The beach chairs at the condo worked perfectly for us and the children found the gently sloping beach a great place to test out the boogie boards we’d brought. We all wanted to live there! Thanks, owners, for providing us such a wonderful experience!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Our family had a wonderful week in this condo. It's right on the beach away from the crowds. The view from the balcony was picture perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated. We hope to stay again!
