Come to the Phoenix Area and stay in Mesa! This unit stands alone and is approximately 1300 sq ft. It is less than 2 blocks from the major intersection of Hwy 60 and the Hwy 202. Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, and many other suburbs are just a quick 5-20 minute drive. The Mesa airport is only 5 minutes away, and the PHX airport is about 20 minutes away.
Augusta Ranch has many amenities such as pools, playgrounds, and a golf course one minute away! There are also many close shopping centers, supermarkets, and restaurants/bars within close range.
This unit stands alone with a 2 car garage. The Master bedroom of the condo is on the first floor with the laundry room, garage entrance, and a bathroom. Upstairs you will find the dining area, large living room with vaulted ceilings, open kitchen, bathroom and 2 other bedrooms. The layout is spacious and inviting.
Wireless internet is set up so you can enjoy surfing the web from every room. All bedrooms have Flat Screen TV's for your viewing pleasure.

Excellent family vacation spot
Excellent family vacation spot
Our family of 4 stayed for a week. Very nice house, comfortable and quiet with plenty of sleeping space. Having a garage was great as the weather was stormy a couple of the days we were there. Location is convenient to the Mesa area. Pool was nice, although a little chilly.

This was a great place to stay during our family vacation. Very clean and comfortable. Owner was very helpful at answering questions. I would definitely recommend this to others. Grocery stores, and restaurants close by. Only 10 minutes from Gateway-Mesa airport.

The property we rented worked out quite well for our family visit to the Mesa area as it was in the same general area as our relatives where we could walk back and forth between our two places. It was clean and accommodating to our needs, and met our expectations. We had some qualms when contacting the owner and/or caretaker when we had questions as we found it difficult to contact them, but for the most part they did eventually get back to us with answers. It would be helpful to state more clearly how to leave - what does one do with the key, dirty linens, and such? That wasn't addressed very clearly. Overall it was well worth the cost and we appreciated the opportunity, and would recommend the property to other family and friends.

Rental Rules ADDRESS: 9233 E Neville, Mesa, AZ 85209. CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 4 P.M. AND CHECKOUT is 11 A.M. NO Early Check-in or late checkout without prior approval from owner. This is a NON SMOKING unit. PETS - PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 100% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments via credit card or personal checks payable to Shey or Ashlie Simonson. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. CANCELLATIONS –Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a $200 processing fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to eight (8) will be assessed. MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a three (3) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are not included in the rental rate. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the units, but we provide extra pool towels for your use. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice, unless this agreement is signed and the reservation deposit has been paid. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. PARKING – Parking in the garage is limited to two (2) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. There is an additional parking spot with permit available for $10/week. WATER/SEWER - DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred dollars ($200). TRASH- Renters are responsible for taking their trash to the trash receptacles on the side of the condo prior to your departure. Monthly renters are required to handle their trash on a weekly basis. The trash receptacle must be filled and taken to the front of the building by Friday at 6am for collection. TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

About the owner: We bought this property in the summer of 2010 as a challenge and a long term investment. We would love to see our friends and family enjoy the property as well as guests we have not met yet. We have bought all new furniture for the Condo, painted every wall, and done some other general cleaning to spruce the place up. We are excited to hear feedback from our visitors!

We chose to buy at Park Central in Augusta Ranch because of the great neighborhood. It is quiet and delightful. Everything you could ever want to do is just minutes away. You can drive into downtown Mesa and take the Lightrail into downtown Phoenix to avoid traffic. You can eat exotic meals, shop at local shops or at a big chain store. Plus the baseball spring training in Mesa is amazing!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
You must visit the Salt River if you enjoy a lazy day tubing down a river (Yes there is some water here:) The entrance is only 10 minutes from the Condo!
