I rented this lovely condo for three months over the winter of 2011-2012. It was recently renovated and staying there was like being in a model home rather than a rental. The owners had the place in pristine condition when I arrived. In fact one of the best things about the rental was the owners. They were friendly and helpful and responded to questions and the odd problem promply and without hesitation. They had stocked the unit with all necessary supplies from detergent to paper towels to spices to toilet paper and cleansers. The unit is absolutely perfect for one person or a couple, and worked out just fine when I had company. The location couldn't be better to access all of Palm Springs and the neighboring communities, and one can easily walk to the closest grocery store. The community itself was quiet and friendly, like living in small town America. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The heated pool and hot tub were less than 100 feet from the front door, and rarely used, so I frequently had them to myself. There are six pools total so one could move around the community and meet new people everyday if so inclined. The management office was equally helpful. One of the best features was the central private courtyard with table and comfortable chairs where I frequently ate lunch. There are plenty of places to walk or jog, and the tennis courts are a block away.I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Palm Springs area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had the opportunity to spend the month of February last winter at Ron and Robin's condo and loved it. It was so well equipped and comfortable and they were very helpful in having us feel right at home. We hope to come again this winter if they have open dates. The decour is lovely and this spacious condo provides lots of space for several people. The upgrades to this condo make it a much more desirable rental than most! Ev McTavishRecommended for: Age 55+.
