LOOKING FOR STONE CRAB PLAYERS. Do not inquire if you are looking for rentals after November 1st 2012. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL 11/12 THRU 4/13. No long term commitments, if you get moved/traded, just help find a replacement. Two bedrooms, both with twin beds or we can modify for a family. $500 per month per player, everything included. 3 player minimum, get a 4th player and get a discount. 2/1 with community pool. Quality furnishings with everything you'll need. Cable, local phone, Internet and all utilities are provided. Interior amenities include, solid wood front kitchen cabinets, granite counters, vaulted ceilings, Berber carpeting and ceiling fans in all rooms. A flat screen TV, DVD player and radio are also included. Both bedrooms include twin beds, nightstand, dresser, mirror and computer desk. We can customize bedroom layout for athletes needs. A screened deck is a tranquil setting for relaxing and watching nature. Only a short walk to the El Jobean Community Park and the El Jobean Fishing Pier. Spring training facilities for the Tampa Rays is less than a five minute drive, Charlotte Stone Crabs Baseball continues thru September. Several area golf courses and beaches are also nearby.

We stayed in Port Charlotte because of it's proximity to the couple places we like to visit each year, Siesta Key Beach, Gasparilla Island, and Fort Meyer Beach. Port Charlotte also has a nice community pool and beach with Bocce Ball and tennis courts. This is our first time staying in this home and we were favorably impressed. The owner took extra care with the little decorating touches that really make you feel at home, from the paintings on the walls, decorative accents, and newer furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and dining and the only items we needed to purchase for the kitchen were the edible kind! The neighborhood is conveniently located (5-10 minutes) near lots of shopping and dining. It was a very peaceful street, with very little traffic, close to a park and walking distance from the pool. We went in December so we weren't able to enjoy the pool. Above all, we LOVED the wildlife we observed during our stay. Our 2 small children spent a lot of time in the screened lanai watching all the interesting birds and other wildlife. We took some priceless pictures. And I have to mention how helpful the owner was. He was very easy to contact and made sure everything was taken care of when we arrived. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a stay in Florida at a great price and value! About the owner: Originally from Upstate New York, I moved to Florida in 1997. I love the mild winters and recreational opportunities of the Charlotte Harbor Region. Big Tampa Rays fan and thrilled that their Spring training facility is less than 5 minutes from the condo. I also own a Real Estate company, so give me a call if you're looking to buy.
Why the Owner Chose Port Charlotte:
This is the perfect location between the in town amenities of Port Charlotte and the beaches of Englewood. Many Golf Courses are nearby. Spring training for the Tampa Rays and minor league Charlotte Stone Crabs is only a short drive.
