    Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect Place for Attending a Conference at the Convention Center This place was a very short walk to the Washington State Convention Center, and was actually a cheaper option than any of the recommended hotels. The apartment was cute and well cared for. One of the building elevators was under repair but as soon as those are finished this place will definitely receive 5 stars for the property's condition. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay thats convenient to both pike place market and the convention center. I will stay here again if I come back to Seattle!     Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A friend and I made this our weekend headquarters while in Seattle. The location was great for tourists who want to walk around Capital Hill or Downtown. Also, the interstate was blocks away, making it quick for getting out of town. I would totally stay here again, despite the less than clean condition.

    Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place. Great location. Perfect space. More homey than a hotel. Nice little kitchen. Great Internet access (ethernet). I needed the place for proximity to the convention center and I practically rolled out of bed to get to it. Walkable to everything like 4th Ave, Pike's Market, north to Capitol Hill area. Easy on lite rail from Seatac (airport). Very easy. Great staff. (At the time, there were problems with one of two elevators and ongoing false fire alarms but I'm sure that is all fixed now. Only other thing is Sea to Sky needs to clarify/correct their wording on the contract that damage insurance is an option/choice. It isn't.) Still...very well worth the stay. I'd go again in a flash.     Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great place to escape to: nicely decorated, a bit worn but quite clean, not too noisy, with treetops and neighboring highrises out the window and great views from the roof. An interestingly retro building, walking distance to everything I wanted to see or do, with a sidewalk creperie just 3 blocks away and the Freeway Park just across the street. Deb, the housekeeper, was very accommodating; I was able to check in early and leave a bit late, and she made a special trip back to help me figure out how to work one of the lamps. Internet instructions were wrong, but Sea to Sky staff helped me get connected. The tub drains slowly and the kitchen table wobbles - those are really my only negative observations.

Reviewer Comments: The Elektra condo was fantastic - we had a great location (close enough to everything, but far enough away that we didn't have problems with noise), and it was really great that everything was within walking distance. We had a great view from the roof top! It was wonderful to have all the amenities of home, definitely made our vacation more enjoyable. The area felt safe, and I had no problems with keeping my car parked in the secure garage for the duration of our stay. Only complaint is that the bathtub would not always drain efficiently, but we could definitely live with that given how fantastic everything else was!

    Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, and the condo was very cute. Loved the furniture and the view of pretty green trees. Could use a few more pots and pans (the non-stick was worn out on the ones they had), as well as a few more (and larger) coffee mugs. The only drawback was the sound of the freight elevator through the wall. It sounded like a washing machine when the load gets all out of whack - only it lasted pretty much all day and all night (whenever someone rode the elevator, which as a lot). Someone who lives in the building told us that they were getting new elevators soon, and I certainly hope this is the case - because I feel sorry for the people who live there and have to listen to that all day every day. We really loved the little condo other than that sound though. It was very clean and cozy and we felt at home there. Just remember your ear plugs!

Reviewer Comments: In my oppinion, the only thing lacking was a sautee pan(the one provided is NOT adequate, it's an old scratched up teflon) and a cutting board. I hope they buy both items since they are cheap and essential for cooking.Otherwise the apt. was everything we needed. Close to downtown, comfortable bed, quiet building (with the exception of two fire alarms apparently due to someone setting off smoke alarm while cooking). The staff responded quickly and efficiently to my call when there was a problem and solved it to my satisfaction.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came by myself for and NCECA conference held at the conference centre. It was closer than I'd thought: I could get out of bed and roll into a lecture. Perfect! Took in a show at Showbox at the Market. It was so fantastic to walk to an event like this and then stroll up to Capitol Hill and take in some late night fish n'chips in newspaper with aioli at Pike Street Fish Fry on E. Pike. I walked and walked in the fine city of Seattle. People couldn't be nicer and coffee finer. Check out Oddfellows for their nice nice brunch punch, and Nubes next door for sweet upscale upcycled goods. The building was great, residents friendly and I found it really quiet. Staying this way is so much more fun than a stinky institutional hotel. You can compost your veggies in this joint. And, that's fabulous. Thanks for the great stay. I hope to be back.

Reviewer Comments: As I explained in the note we left, the bathtub took fifteen minutes to drain after a shower; the mouldings throughout the apartment need cleaning, the pillows were terrible and in such a small space I wouldn't put furniture (table, bed) with sharp corners you keep bumping into.

The price was right and most everything was in walking distance! Highly reccomended. Our only complaint was that the shower didn't drain properly, but I let the company know and they should have it fixed for the next visitors.

The lobby and hallways are dark & depressing, and the bathroom could use some maintenance. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there recently for a convention. The location was fantastic. There's no closer location to the convention center. Place was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was firm but comfortable. We were pretty disappointed to discover after checking in that there was no wifi - only wired internet. The ventilation in the building is also very poor. The very long and VERY slow elevator rides to and from the 13th floor were so hot and smothering I almost passed out a few times.

We came for the Lions International Convention July 4 - 8, 2011 and when they said it was right across the street the Convention Centre they were not kidding. If you threw a tennis ball at the cement wall across the street that was the back of the Convention Centre. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed staying there.

The well equiped kitchen meant we were able to enjoy cooking all the wonderful fresh seafood on offer at Pike market. The free bus up the hill from the market brought us home at the end of the day. It is also worth exploring uphill on Pike towards Capital Hill.

The unit was very clean, the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed having the 5 free DVDs ready in the unit. The main complaint was that the washer/dryer unit was out of order, which we did not know ahead of time. We had to find a place to get quarters and use the building's laundry. Also, it took some work to get the "wireless" internet to function, and it never was "wireless." Don't know if that was our problem or theirs. Overall, we were very pleased with the unit. Loved having a semi-stocked pantry and all the pots/pans/utensils/dishes.

    Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for downtown activities or conference. Great location! Walking distance to great coffee shops, downtown and restaurants. The kitchen was super helpful in storing and cooking up goodies from the Pikes Place Market and the neighborhood (going away from downtown) was safe and enjoyable for morning runs.

    Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is okay. There is a grocery store 4-5 blocks up the hill, some good restaurants (a local Tapas Restaurant and the Cheesecake Factory) and the bus line is right around the corner. The challenge is the public transportation; buses and buses only. Great location if you have come to shop at all the high end stores. The Market is about 11 blocks away too; definitely walkable!
