Castine is one of the most beautiful villages in New England.
The "Sail Loft" has lovely views of Penobscot Bay and is directly across from the Yacht Club. This property is within walking distance to the convenience store, several excellent restaurants, library, golf and tennis clubs, as well as historic sites and small museums.
The owners have a 40 foot sailboat which is located at the yacht club across the road, when convenient, can take you and your guests out for an afternoon sail. Castine is also home to the well known and respected Maine Maritime Academy.
Also, approximately one hour drive to Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor, Camden and Rockland. Also, convenient to Deer Isle, Stonington and Blue Hill.
