  The property was just as described and working with the owner Judy was very easy. The condo is great for couples or families and is well stocked with everything required to have a fulfilling vacation. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone lucky enough to spend time on Maui. Maui Thai restaurant in the Rainbow mall is excellent and affordable and sunsets at Kam. 3 beach is just a short walk away. Mahalo Judy and Aloha.

  Loved the condo and the owners. Stayed here last year and returned this year. Owners are fabulous to deal with and the condo is outstanding. Will stay here again.

  Very nice family friendly condo in a great part of the building. The owners we very good to deal with and made our vacation planning easy. Would stay here again for certain. My only tip would be to avoid the welcome reception by Expedia. The prices were ridiculous as compared to what you can put together on your own.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

  This unit is very well equipped with beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and umbrellas. The kitchen is also extremely well stocked with everything you need to cook great meals. It has many very sharp knives as well as many pots for any cooking needs. The screen door locks on the inside so you can have the screen door closed and locked with the main door open and let the winds blow through the unit. The beds are very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms give everyone lots of room. There are plenty of fans to use to keep you cool as well. Wired internet is provided but wireless internet is not present in the unit, it is available at the pool. The entrance to the pool is very close and makes the pool very easy to come and go from. The beach is just across the street and the grounds are very well cared for and very park like. There are 12 BBQ's available for use which made cooking very easy and no waiting. The entire complex was very quite at night and restaurants are very close if you decide to go out. I would definitely stay here again.

  This condo is absolutely beautiful ! Every time we walked inside we felt like we were home. Everything is just a described. The location is perfect for day trips to any side of the island. There's restaurants, shopping, excellent beached within minutes. There's a weekly Mai Tai party with entertainment down at the pool; wonderful stainless steel bbq's located on the grounds, gardens beautifully maintained....... and a beach right across the street that's great for swimming, snorkeling, sunning, and picnicking! Inside the condo was clean, well maintained, updated and offered every amenity possible. The kitchen is amazing ! The master bedroom is spacious and roomy with the cathedral ceiling, and has it's own lanai ! The owners really go out of their way to make your stay perfect. I would definitely stay here again and again ! An excellent rating isn't enough, we give it and Excellent ++ !

  Lovely condo! Had an awesome time! Appreciated the beach chairs! They were worth their weight in GOLD!!Bed is good too!! Nice place. "Homey". Enjoyed. Felt like we were at home with all the stuff you have in the condo for us to use. Mahalo and Aloha!

  Mahalo!! We had a wonderful time staying in your condo. It was very homey and well supplied. loved having the beach charis. It made our beach time even better. We are sad to be leaving. The morning bird symphony is amazing!!! We'll be back.

  Mahalo so much for making our trip to this beautiful island even better for providing us with the use of your condo. We loved the movies and everything else. We went on a snorkeling trip and saw dolphins! they also came to the beach. our trip was made tons better becdause you provided movies, pictures, decorations, and oh yeah, thank you so much for leaving the cupboard on the lanai unlocked; we loved the snorkles, noodles, boogie boards and tanning mats. We put some extra tanning mats on the lanai in the cupboard; our friends bought them and didn't have room to p;ack them. Anyway, Mahalo!! We are SO sad we are leaving.
