Our completely renovated, ground floor condominium has everything that you'll need for the perfect vacation. From the pillow top mattreses on both of the King size beds, to the new hi-definition satellite tv and blueray player, for the rare day, when the caribbean sun succumbs to its liquid sunshine brother. The stainless steel propane BBQ grill will enhance the flavour of your favorite grilled meat or fish or take a short 10 min walk into our beautifully presevered and quaint, fishing village. Here you will find delicaces from around the world, including amazing Thai and chinese food at David Laus to the, melt in your mouth flavour, of the Argentian beef at Chimmi Churris. Traditonal Mexican cuisine can be experienced at a number of great restaurants in our town . Pick up some fresh fish at the local Pescador, as the fisherman bring in their catch from the day at about 3pm daily.
Night life abounds from tuesday until sunday with live music at a large number of the local establishments
There are numerous day excursions that can be arranged for you by our onsite concierge service, from fishing and snorkeling to swimming with the turtles or diving into the mineral rich waters of the cenotes.
If relaxation is a priority on your vacation then grab a good book and either lounge around the infinite pool or grab a pillow and lay in the soft hammock, slung between two coconut trees under the warmth of the gentle sea breeze.( you will be hard pressed not to fall asleep).
Pedro, our cabbie, would be honoured to take your party into, either Playa del Carmen or Cancun, both just a 20min or so ride from your home away from home.
I could go on and on but the best way is to experience,PARADISE BY THE SEA for yourself.
It maybe be your first visit here, but in most certainly will not be your last.
I must stop now as my bride has just poured me a glass of wine as the first of several cruise ships is sailing past or front porch

My husband and I spent a wonderful 3 weeks in this lovely condo. The condo has a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable policy of use whatever you need, but if you finish it off please replace. We felt as if we were staying at a friends place, very much at ease. The staff are all very helpful with anything you may need and they keep the grounds and the condos impeccable. The condo is on the ground floor and just steps from the pool which was delightful. The propane barbecue on the patio was used on a regular basis during our stay. The condo is within walking distance of Puerto Morelos, (about 15 minutes or so) but if you have any mobility issues I would suggest renting a vehicle. For Rest & Relaxation, can't be beat!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities.

My husband and I just spent 10 days, at this beautiful secluded condo. On arrival we were welcomed by staff along with cold cerveza in the fridge, a nice bouquet of flowers and most importantly a bottle of red and white wine. Already I knew we were off to a good start! The condo was exceptionally clean and well kept. The pictures did serve it justice. Bed was super comfy, lots of hot water, kitchen very well equipped, beautiful artwork on the walls done by the owner, which makes it feel very homey.. It was nice to enjoy our morning coffee on the front patio, very comfy furniture, in the presence of birds chirping, with always a nice breeze coming off the ocean, watching the pelicans dive for fish and at night with a cold beverage watching the cruise ships go by.The daytime hours were spent either by the pool with a cold beverage or by the water lying in the sun or under one of the palapas or my other favorite spot the hammock. The walk to town is about 10 min, but we had also rented bicycles for the week, which was great, allowed us to wander around in the area, lots of places to eat at reasonable prices. We had a fabulouas stay at your Paradise on the sea. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away from it all and just relax and take in the scenery and the sun. We would definitely return. Thank you again you guys!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing week at this property. Puerto Morelos is quiet and off the strip, so just to our liking. This unit is in a wonderful building that had similar folks looking for a calm scene to just hang out by the pool or on the beach. This particular unit was impeccable and very comfortable. The kitchen was very useful and the various areas inside and out to relax, read or take in a movie on the flat screen provided ample choices. The staff at this place are very attentive and helpful and all areas were safe and clean.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a really condo. This was our 3rd stay in the building and this by far the best. The kitchen was well equipped including plenty of seasonings. The fridge was really nice stainless steel with the freezer under. No problem storing a lot of ice if needed. The living room furniture was very comfortable with a large sectional soft. Both bathrooms were modern with up to date showers with built in seats, the main shower even had a rainfall fixture. My favorite spot was the patio. The furniture is wicker with matching cushions and an ottoman table. It was wonderful sitting there and grazing at the ocean. There is also a propane grill for your use. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and will be renting it again.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My partner and I spent 6 weeks of total rest and relaxation at this geogeous, beautifully decorated villa on the sea. It looks exactly as shown in the photos with it's warm vibrant colours, original artwork and high end furnishings. We loved being here. It was important to us...considering the length of time we were going to be here.... that what we chose was quiet, secure, well maintained, on the ocean, had a large beautiful pool area, was close enough to walk to town, and had access to a long walkable beach. This condo provided all of this as well as the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on..... including our own!.... lots of hot water, a fully equipped kitchen and weekly housekeeping. We practically lived on the patio which had direct access to the pool and beach but was nestled at one end of the building for more privacy. Puerto Morelos itself is a friendly small town with a main square surrounded by a variety of good small restaurants, shops etc. and a small family run grocery store. There is also an English speaking doctor who will, if necessary, make house calls. Although it doesn't have a vibrant high energy bar scene, all of that is available only 20 miles away in each direction in either Cancun or Playa del Carmen. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this villa. (Note: The walk into town is only 15 minutes. However, due to the shipping pier location, you have to take a short detour off the beach along the road to get there. Once you reach town, you can then walk for miles in the other direction along a perfect walking beach!) You can also take a 3 minute /$2.00 taxi into town and back.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
