Our sunny Sarasota townhouse is nestled in the exclusive Emerald Island Resort 2 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee Florida.
With either 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms and a downstairs water closet, this Mediterranean styled vacation home is perfect for family groups sleeping up to 8 guests. Enjoy 1617 sq feet under cool air conditioning inside, or sit out in the fully screened porch or patios to take in the warm air. Our villa has a great living room to relax in during the day or evening, with superior comfortable furnishings including a 37” TV with cable, surround sound, DVD or Video to watch your favorite movies, maybe listen to some of your favorite CD’s on the CD player. Sleeping accommodation comprises of two master bedrooms one downstairs, one upstairs both with Queen size beds, dresser, bedsides with lamps, walk in closets and TV/Video player, clock radio and telephone, the upper master having a screened pool view balcony. The en-suite bathrooms have everything that you might need including hair-dryer! Our third bedroom also has a Queen sized bed, bedsides with lamps, five-drawer chest and walk in closet with an adjacent bathroom. The fourth and last bedroom is complete with two twin beds separated with five-drawer chest and night-light along with closet space. The kitchen has been fully equipped with superior appliances; laundry room with washer and dryer is also available. Only a short distance away is the fabulous pool area screened with luscious plantings and palms where you can take a dip in the pool or relax in the wonderful hot spa! The clubhouse is a short walk from the villa and hosts a fitness facility, sauna, cyber café, children’s games room and another pool area with Tiki Bar where you can order refreshing drinks and snacks. Kids will enjoy the outdoor play area and adults the nature trail, which winds through the community’s natural woodland setting.

A non refundable booking deposit of $250 per week is required to secure bookings with outstanding balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure together with a $250 security/damage bond that will be refunded within 28 days upon return of keys and satisfactory property and inventory checks by our management team. The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Our villa comprises of three or four bedrooms: fully furnished to a very high standard with wireless Internet access. The 4-bed villa sleeps up to eight people comfortably. The master bedroom upstairs being en-suite with (queen) double bed, TV/video, phone with access to a screened balcony overlooking the pool & spa. The master bedroom downstairs is also en-suite with (queen) double bed, TV/video, phone, fridge, microwave and kettle and own access door to screened porch area. The third bedroom (upstairs) has a (queen) double bed and the fourth bedroom (upstairs) has two single beds, these two bedrooms have access to the shared family bathroom. The living room has two three seated sofas and a two seated sofa, cable T.V, DVD recorder, hi-fi/compact disc system, telephone; and is also furnished to a very high standard throughout. There is a kitchen, which is very well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. There is also a utility area with washing machine, dryer and separate W.C. The dining area looks out onto a screened patio area accessed through sliding patio doors. The patio overlooks the communal heated pool & spa.
