  Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful! The balcony is huge with a fantastic view of the ocean! The unit was clean and comfortable, will stay again!

  My family and I had a wonderful time in this condo. The bed my wife and I slept in was quite comfortable. The complex was very close in proximity to numerous stores. The pools were very nice and I noticed on numerous occasions a security guard walking around the parking lot and around the grounds in general. We plan on returning the beginning of summer 2013 and will probably stay in this same condo. The only thing I wish was in the condo was a larger HD flat screen TV for watching The Tide whoop up on Michigan 9-1-2012!

  We had a wonderful time at the Summer House Orange Beach Condominiums! There is plenty of space to spread out in this nicely furnished 3 bedroom condo. The beds and all of the living room furniture are very comfortable. Ceiling fans and TV's in every room is a huge plus. This condo has the largest balcony of any condo I've ever stayed in. I especially liked the owner furnished "extras" to get you started on your stay - hand soap and a couple of rolls of toilet paper in every bathroom, couple of garbage bags, dish soap and dishwasher tablets, etc.. Fully furnished kitchen is great for "cooking in". We didn't even have to buy ice for our trips to the beach due to the ice maker in the freezer. We all loved the 2-tier pool area with lots of seating. Gazebo area by the pool is great for catching some shade while hanging out, enjoying the breeze and listening to the waves or reading a book. I personally appreciated the fact that the rental chairs & umbrellas were set back a bit from the water, so we could set up our own chairs close to the water. The large grassy area located on the beach side of this unit's building is a really nice addition that you don't see at any other condos. Everything you need, from grocery stores and restaurants to shopping and outdoor activities is in close driving distance. We ate at both Lulu's and the Hangout (food was OK, but atmosphere was great) and we spent one day at Waterville. I love this waterpark because it's just the right size to allow the kids to go off in their own direction and offers something for all ages. The condo owners are quick to respond and very easy to work with. I will definitely recommend this condo (and these owners) to my family and friends. We plan to return as soon as we can find an opening that fits our busy schedule!

  We enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach very much! We loved the layout of the condo (with the master separate from the other 2 bedrooms), and the size/openness of the kitchen. We liked the tasteful decor and loved the very reasonable weekly rate! The complex is in a great location for grocery shopping, souvenir shopping, and recreation/mini golf/go-carts. We hope to rent it again next year!

  This was an awesome place for us. There was four adults and four kids. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of room and couldn't have ask for anything else. The view was fantastic!

  Great after school Summer vacation with the kids. Our condo was perfect for me and the kids. Nice people, great location, beach and ocean were in great shape. The Condo was excellent.

  We had a fabulous time and loved our room. Kids ranged from 2-9 years of age. The kids loved the playground, indoor and outdoor pool. The room was perfect for our little toddler and roomy enough for all 9 of us, including 2 pregnant woman :) The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and eat family dinners, either at the large dining table or from the balcony. We will definitely be enjoying a stay at this condo in the future.

  This condo community is excellent for family. It boasts one of the largest pools in OrangeBeach with an indoor pool if you get burned or want to swim on a rainy day. The whole complex is taken care of well by the staff from operations down to all the landscaping. The best part of this condo was the beds. Very nice, firm, comfortable, and clean for a great night's sleep. Great balcony with unobstructed ocean views and plenty of outdoor furniture. This unit is well furnished with all the kitchen items and grill accessories for your outdoor cooking wishes. Plenty of wi-fi too for those days when you have to get a little work done or check the radar before hitting the beach. We went in late September enjoying warm weather and 5 out of 7 days of sun. Being the off-season the owners worked with us for a rate that fit our budget and were very good in following up on a few details. You'll love the elevated dining table which gives you an even better view of the beach while having those eat-in meals. For dining out we recommend Original Oyster House-I've never had anything less than an excellent meal there over the years. For do it yourself try Blalock's for fresh seafood in Gulf Shores a few blocks up 59 from the beach. If you are there on a Tuesday or Wednesday get up early and head over to the Pensacola Naval Base. The Blue Angels practice at 8:30am and fly until about 9:15am. It will make you proud to be an American. Afterwards, take time and tour the museum and see the Imax movie there too. You can meet the pilots as well sometimes. It is only about a 30 minute drive from the condo. Right out of the condo head toward Pensacola and then another right and you're there at the base entrance. Orange Beach continues to grow and some of these huge complexes they are building are not sizing the amenities (pools etc.) to match the capacity of the units very well. You'll be very pleased at Summer House!!!

  We definitely enjoyed our stay at Summer House. The beach was super nice and the pools at the Summer House were great. Never overly crowded. Condo was nice, loved all tile floors. We had a great time and hope to enjoy Summer House again soon.
