  My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo on New Smyrna beach. This condo is located on the no drive part. The condo was in excellent condition. Every amenity you might require are in the condo. The bathroom had recently been renovated and the bed was extremely comfortable. We especially enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony. The condo pool is nicely heated and the entire property is well maintained. The ability to park your car indoors is an added nicety. We would have no reservation in coming back to this unit.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  This condo was exactly as listed. The on-site Management Team are very pleasant, helpful, and just great for anything I needed. I spent most of my days either in the ocean or sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. The shopping is good with all major stores within a 15 minute drive. Generally, I would recommend this Condo wholeheartedly to friends or relatives.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The perfect accommodations and the owners have thought of everything to make your vacation truly memorable and relaxing. The condo overlooks the most serene portion of New Smyrna Beach and all you have to do is open the sliding glass doors and inhale the ocean breeze and views. My husband and I have stayed at this property on multiple vacations and we can't wait to return. The village offers wonderful restaurants for both casual or fine dining and don't forget to explore the amazing boutiques which truly rival any shopping found in Miami.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We recently travelled from Texas to stay at this property and fell in love with this condo. This is definitely where you want to stay in New Smyrna Beach. It is a simple walk down to the beach from the complex. The outdoor pool area looks brand new and the pool is HUGE. They have a shared BBQ/ Shuffle Board Area and Tennis Court that used and had entirely to ourselves the whole stay! We have stayed in other properties that were located on the "Cars Allowed" portion of the beach and now having stayed here in the "No Drive Zone" we will never do that again. We simply brought our chairs and umbrellas down in the morning set up camp and never worried about our stuff again, it was fine when we would go upstairs to eat, let the kids rest or reload the coolers. This unit is on one of the highest floors which provided a wonderful breeze and tremendous views of the pool and ocean from either of the two balconies. The two elevators made it painless to get to the beach area. The Master Suite was huge and had it's own private bath, a giant closet and a private screened in sitting area/balcony. The second bedroom and bath were perfect for our two kids with the twin bed set up. The furniture and appliances in the condo seemed like they were brand new, I am assuming it had been renovated within the last year or less. It was well appointed with beautiful beach themed furnishings and tons of cookware/plates/glasses/silverware/towels/bedding etc., everything we needed to feel like we were at home. There was a grocery store just across the street (Walking Distance) that we visited to stock the pantry and fridge. Unlike several "value" properties we've stayed at that we found on VRBO in New Smyna Beach in years past, this condo was spotless and clean! No sand bars forming under the rugs or moldy rusty bath tubs and fixtures to contend with here, the cleaning crew had it in immaculate condition prior to our arrival. On another note, there was a great restaurant called JB's Fish Camp that is a short drive from the condo that I would highly recommend. It had awesome seafood and ice cold beer and was a very family friendly place. It was a fun spot and as I understand, has been there for a long time. The beach in front of the condo has great sand,and a ton of room even during high tide. We played Bocce Ball everyday without really bothering anyone by getting into others space even on the weekends when it was more crowded. We will be back next year!
