  I rented Tamara's condo to attend a meeting at the Miami Beach convention center and found that I was closer to the convention than any of my colleagues who were staying in the official hotels. Being one block from Lincoln Road was very convenient for good eating and people watching. Just a couple blocks away is Espanola Way, which I also found to have some good eating and drinking (had a nice lunch at "a la Folie" Cafe). It took me about 5-10 minutes to get from the condo to the convention center and about the same to get to the beach. This was my first trip to Miami, but it seems to me that the condo is perfectly located - you can enjoy the rowdy club scene, but walk back to your quiet place. There is also a bicycle rental station literally right in front of the condo that provides an inexpensive way to get around the area. (It's called Decobike.) As for the condo itself, it was exceptionally clean and the pictures are very accurate. The bed is very comfortable and there is ample closet space for hanging clothes and hiding your bags away. The kitchen is very nicely appointed with modern appliances and was well stocked for all of my needs. The bathroom is very attractive, if not the most practical, but it was certainly sufficient for a few days' use. The wireless internet worked flawlessly throughout my stay, which was very helpful due to the working nature of my trip. I also had need to use the iron, which is nicer than the one I have at home! It was very quiet, which I appreciated because I usually had meetings starting at 7:30. As I mentioned, this is my only visit to Miami, so I'm no expert, but this condo seemed to be an outstanding value to me. It was priced comparably to hotels that had many sketchy reviews on Trip Advisor, and yet I had a comparably huge space to enjoy. Tamara was very easy to deal with, and my deposit has already been returned to me, less than 24 hours after my departure. It was far enough away from the bars and clubs to be very quiet, but I was only a few minutes from anywhere I wanted to go. I would have to find a pretty good deal at a nice beachfront hotel (Loews, Fontainebleau - both of which I was in for meeting functions) to keep me from staying here again in the future.

  The condo was located about 5 blocks from the Miami Convention Center, closer than many of the convention hotels. It was also close to Lincoln road where many of my convention reception parties were held. Upon my arrival I realized the AC was not working. I called the owner and she and her local manager worked hard over the ensuing two days to make sure the AC was repaired and cooling the condo well. Her manager even brought a bottle of wine to make up for our inconvenience. The condo itself was spotlessly clean when I arrived. The manager clearly takes pride in preparing the place for visitors. The place was stocked with top notch cookware and table ware. I would highly recommend this condo for business visitors to Miami Beach.

  Hello VRBO! Upon arriving to South Beach I met with the owner Tamara a few times. I was assured that this rental was a good place to stay at. Tamara told me that I would definetly want to come back and stay. She made this a really easy process. So finally I arrive! Can you say LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT. Extremely blown away at the cleanliness of the space and how everything was up to date. Reminds me of a Suite at the W hotel. Location is very quiet and well kept. Tamara provides you with ABSOLUTELY everything that you need (Broom, mop, cleaning supplies, paper towels, washer/dryer, full kitchen with pots/pans dishes etc). I felt at home forreal and would reccomend this property to any and everyone I know that will be in the area. You are a 5 minute walk from ocean blvd. and the rest of South Beach. I will be back probably next much. Thanks a million Tamara

  Where do I start? Upon arriving here I met with Tamara a few times and before leaving she gave me so much GREAT ENERGY about this place. One my arrival I was BLOWN away. This place is absolutely SPOTLESS. She provides you with basically everything (Dishes,glasses,wine/champagne glasses, plates, broom, mop towels and most importantly shot glasses)... The bed in the bedroom is AMAZING and VERY COMFORTABLE, and the pullout sofa is just as comfortable. This Condo is centrally located blocks away from the place you want to visit on South Beach. My friend and I were satisfied with our visit and will recommend this place to anyone we come across thats heading to South Beach. Before I go the pictures do not do this place justice at all. THANK YOU SO MUCH TAMARA FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

  My husband and I were looking for something that would be quiet, clean and convenient to everything. This was exactly what we were looking for. I am clostrophibic and was concerned that I would feel boxed in like many of the Hotel rooms in SoBe. Upon entering the condo I was instantly relieved. There was plenty of natural light. The condo was much larger than the photos made it appear. It was updated and tastefully furnished. I could have stayed there a month. Everything was very comfortable and the complex was very quiet. We never heard anything from the neighbors. The location was fantastic. Once we parked our car we did not move it until it was time to leave. The condo had wifi so we were able to look up ratings on restaurants before we headed out. We found some amazing places just 3 blocks away. I am a Realtor in Naples Florida and have seen several vacation properties... I would put this at the top of my list and will be recommending this property to my friends and clients who want to get away for a quick vacation.   My wife and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. This condo was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The place was very clean and it felt like home. The kitchen is stocked with wine glasses and a wine opener which made the condo even more romantic. The shower is so cool. This condo is a very spacious 1 bedroom so I didn't feel crowded like I have in many hotels before. The owner, Tamara, was very accommodating and she helped to make our trip a great one. We will be back!

  I LOVE this condo! The place was impeccably clean, modern and so cute. The location is perfect...close to Lincoln Rd, a few blocks from the beach and near some really good restaurants and shopping. The condo is in a quiet area. It is not close to any loud clubs or traffic which made my trip peaceful and relaxing. The condo looks just like the pictures and the location is just as described in the add. The owner was very helpful and I definitely will stay here again when I come back to Miami.

  I had the best stay ever at this condo. It was impeccably kept and it was extremely convenient in terms of location. The owner was accommodating, professional and truly lovely to deal with. I have already rebooked and friends recently stayed there and loved it!

  My husband, a friend and me reserved this condo for his 40th birthday get away, April 28th - May2nd. The place looks just like the pictures - clean as a whistle. It was close to EVERYTHING. There was no stone left unturned. The streets are so busy with people, that it was great to come back to the condo and unwind in a quiet little piece of Miami. We had a last minute issue that Tamara (the owner) accommodated in minutes. We have great memories that will forever be embedded. Thank you Tamara! We will be back!

  My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Tamara's property and from the time we stepped foot in the door, we were impressed! The photos that you you see of her property are EXACTLY what you get. Tamara was also mindful of the things that you may want/need while being on vacation. Wine opener? Check! Wine glasses? Check! We even cooked tacos for dinner one night and she had a strainer to drain our taco meat! This location is also close to shopping, nightlife and the beach but, far enough to actually get some rest when you need it. It was absolutely PERFECT! If you choose this tastefully decorated property that's a home away from home, you WILL NOT be disappointed! I look forward to doing business with KnightLife Properties in the future.
