About the owner: I am a Swedish woman with a craving to travel. After 2 decades living in the US and Denmark I returned to Sweden in the late 80's to raise my family. Sweden is a wonderful country except for the climate so last year I started searching for a place to eventually spend the winters. I play tennis, some golf and like to be outdoors.
Why the Owner Chose Altea:
I wanted to avoid the tourist centers, find someplace where I really felt I was in Spain. I was looking for mild climate, not to hot in the summers and still warm in winter. Costa Blanca and Altea fit the description and I fell in love with the apartment, This was actually the first apartment I looked at.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love the quietness and privacy of my apartment. We usually spend the late afternoons on the balcony reading. The community pool has a large barbecue and shaded area with a splendid view over the hill. I bought the apartment last year and we are still exploring the surrounding area for tapas bars and cozy restaurants. You will find our recommendations in the flat. Get in the car and everything is within reach, from golf and tennis to Calatravas museums.
