We came into town for the Ironman Lake Placid race. The house location was perfect, close enough to get into town quickly and far enough from town to enjoy some peace and quiet. The property is very cozy with lots of towels and linens. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We would definitely come back again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a great family adventure-- hiking, visiting the Wild Center, going on the gondola ride up Whiteface Mountain.... The house had everything that we needed-- it was super clean, there were plush and plentiful towels, cozy linens, great kitchen (though we did not much cooking!) My 6-yr old says, "The house was just awesome!" It is a five-star venue! We can't wait to return to our home away from home in Lake Placid!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
