This secluded estate is comprised of the picturesque Ragland-Lewis Main House, the cottage-styled Ragland-Lewis Beach House, a shared pool and a carriage house. Once you drive through the gates, you have left the troubles of the world behind and entered your own private paradise. Vines climb the walls of the large main house, where French windows open along the second story to allow the warm Gulf breezes to flow in. Rustic, antique decor mixed with a modern flair transforms this vacation home to resemble a French Chateau with all the elegance and dignity of an aristocrat! The main house includes a spacious, two-story floorplan comprised of three-bedrooms, four-bathrooms and a library. Although smaller in size to the main house, and a bit more casual, the detached guest house is very spacious and includes a private entrance. The guest house, often referred to as the beach house, is comprised of two-bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms. Just steps from the sand, the beach house is decorated in shabby chic decor with an unmatched location! If the property aesthetics of The Ragland-Lewis Estate aren't enough to have you packing your bags, this vacation retreat is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a private path leading straight to paradise. A property shared beachfront gazebo and shared pool top off this extravagant listing.

Guests of the Ragland-Lewis Estate will have the option of temporary membership privileges, for a transfer fee, at
Cedars Tennis Resort
located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to 10 fully-lit Har-Tru tennis courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles, fishing pier and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the Cedars Café & Tiki Bar and fitness center.
