Stayed for a week. It's a quiet property right in the middle of everything great in Kihei. We were able to walk to the store, beaches, and shopping. The condo was a great fit for two or a family with small children. The condo was equipped with all the kitchen items we needed plus a few extras. The beach gear was awesome and much appreciated. We had such a great time we would love to return and use this condo again!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I had the best time staying at your condo. Everything was exactly as I expected, based on the pictures and other reviews. It was homey, yet within walking distance of many stores, shops, and wonderful beaches. As the first time using VRBO, I had plenty of questions for Richard, as well. He was quick to answer all of them. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. And, I wish to post my gratitude to Richard for both providing the rental, and providing answers to my many questions.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is an excellent property in a good location. It is spacious and clean. The unit looks just as the photos show, and it really did feel like home for the time we were there. We had a very enjoyable stay and will most definitely try to book this apartment again next year. The condo was perfect. Clean and well maintained. The location is great; the beach and many restaurants are close by. The boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella were very handy. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This condo has absolutely everything that you need for Hawaii vacation - very convenient! The unit is clean and very well maintained. The location is super, it is close to everything, you don't even need a car! Beautiful Charles Young Beach and Kamaole I. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thanks a lot, Richard. Your home more than met our needs. It was a perfect location, being close to everything! We enjoyed a lot that Maui had to offer so we were there only to sleep and shower!!! Perfect for the 2 of us but plenty of room to bring the kids also. Friendly neighbors at the end of hall by the stairs. No hassles and great communication with owner! Great bargain! Will definitely return! Hopefully soon! Maui is amazing and we were so comfortable there. Almost missed our flight home~on purpose!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Finally getting around to writing a review, but we had a great stay and enjoyed the proximity to many places, especially Charley Young Beach. It was me and my two kids for a vacaction we will never forget. We hope to make it again in March 2012. We thoroughly enjoyed our winter vacation at the Kalema Terrace. It was wonderful being in a smaller complex. The location is ideal - close to Charley Young, whale watching, shopping and tons of other activities. Our daughter and grandchildren loved the pool, boogie boarding and the surf lessons and Tootie Frutti. The condo is well looked after, bright and clean. We would love to stay in this unit again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My wife and I and our 2 children (3 & 5) stayed here for a few nights. We had a very enjoyable time. The unit itself was clean and had all the amenities. The kids really enjoyed the gated pool. We really enjoyed being able to walk to everything - beaches, Kihei nightlife, shops, and kids playground. Parking was easy with the assigned spot. We would definitely recommend it and would stay again ourselves.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, tourists without a car.
Owner response: It's a great place to stay for families, couples, young active adults or older adults wanting to get away from it all for a while. I have a wonderful house cleaner who will make sure the place is nice and clean for you when you arrive and the condo has all the amenities you need. The nice pool has been resurfaced lately and the grounds are well kept. I also have a couple friends who have lived full time in Kihei for over 7 years and know the area well. If you have any special requests or need any additional information on the area, please let us know. Parking is easy with an assigned spot but if you don't have a car, its alright because everything you need is within walking distance. If you want to venture out further without a car, there is a bus stop 1 block away. Your wonderful vacation awaits you!

I brought my 65 year old Mom for her first Hawaiian vacation, so suffice it to say I wanted to make sure she had a great trip and was comfortable. This was one of those rare times when you get exactly what you were expecting and hoping for. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location if you're looking to stay in South Kihei - you could walk just about anywhere you need to go. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Maui.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: I brought my 77 year old Dad and had a similar experience. The condo is clean, comfortable and in a great location; close to everything. Fun for all ages.
