Kite House

Kite House is a fully automated home, located in beautiful Playacar Phase 1 in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The villa has 4 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that can accommodate up to 8 adults, plus 2 teens.

Guests can get a true sense of the word “vacation” as they enjoy the Caribbean sea view from the dining room, kitchen, and the pool area.

The infinity pool uses no chemicals, and has a “swim against the current” system using a 5.5-horsepower motor for those guests who wish to keep in top shape while on holiday. The large Jacuzzi in the pool area can fit up to 9 people.
