Nice location but unit needs work.
Nice location but unit needs work.
Great location to Mt. Bachelor. However, staff at Sevent Mountain Resort were unfriendly and did not allow us access to the game room or the computer room. Unit floors were dirty and living roomfurniture was very worn. Pull out bed was broken.

Owner response: Our appologies for the misunderstanding of how to access the game room or computer room at the resort. These resort ammenities are accessed through the room key issued by the registration desk. We will address your concerns with the front desk and housekeeping department at the resort, unfortunately the professionalism of resort staff is something we count on as unit owners. The housekeeping staff nor the prior guests had made mention about any damage to the furniture. The notice posted in the unit indicates to contact owners immediately if damage is noted, and since the guests did not notify us until several days after their departure, we had no way of knowing the damage was present or remedy the situation during their stay.
