Come and unwind on the private patio of this pleasurable vacation home that has terrific views of the 18th green of the Challenge Course. While out there, you can enjoy a BBQ, then take a dip in the community pool and spa that are within easy walking distance. The home offers a light and bright interior with three large flat screen TVs in the living room with premium channels, den with DVD and master bedroom. There is also a TV in the guest bedroom. The cozy den offers a desk with computer and high speed internet access along with a pull out sleeper sofa. For privacy, the den shutter doors can be closed off. We have stayed in the Palm Desert area on many occasions and almost always book our lodging through Fairway Vacation Rentals (FVR). Fvr always provides for a quick, courteous, and complete check-in and out service. The property that we stayed at this trip was at the Palm Valley Country Club, which was beautifully maintained and spotless clean. The location adjacent to the 18th green provided a lovely backdrop while relaxing on the patio. The house was complete with all the everyday products needed to either entertain in or out. I also appreciated the 'in-depth' instructions for the computer link as well as the TV/DVD system. This condo has all the comforts of home. The beds are very comfortable, the master bath is huge. Patio off of master bedroom is private and the one leading out of living room has new furniture and great views. New flat screen tv in living room. You only have to bring yourselves to enjoy this home.
