Here we are again at this beautiful condo on the north end of the island. We love this place because it is always so clean, and quiet and peaceful. By the end of the week we are so relaxed that we don't want to leave! And we especially like the spacious, modern kitchen to do a little gourmet cooking! What fun when you're not cooking at home! We all enjoyed our stay. Mom & I spent all day Sunday and Monday at the beach. Dad enjoyed sight seeing. We all went out shopping and walked around town to souvenier shops, we ate dinner at different places in town. "Sandy Bottoms" is a great place to eat, its right on the beach, the best seafood place so far. The condo was very clean and beautiful when we arrived. We had a great time, wish we could stay longer. The R Family Condo Owners Note: The restaurant 'Sandy Bottoms' is within walking distance from the condo.

Thank you for sharing your home! The condo is spacious, nicely decorated, and a great location. The weather was fantastic during our stay. We spent plenty of time on the beach & at the pool! We come again to the island for the beach. We love the north beach for the quiet, for sunrise & barefoot walks, for the proximity to historic Fernandina with its neat shops & restaurants. Sharks teeth are less numerous, but it is the joy of the hunt that calls for us. Left some puzzles & books for other to enjoy. We will be back, same time/sameplace next year - Good Lord willing and the creek don't rise! Larry & Barbara New York

Needing a place to call home for two months while we remodeled our own home on the island, this was the PERFECT find. All of the comfort of home. We have just returned to Amelia Island after being away for 8 years, and the ability to watch the beach from the balcony with a cup of coffee reminds us of why we returned. This trip was even more fun when we rented bicycles & toured all around on beautiful trails like Fort Clinch Park & Egan's Creek Greenway. I had an awesome time & hope to do it all again next year. Thank you for letting us use your very spacious condo. The beach was so close, the sound of the waves put us to sleep at night. We loved the pool and the garage was great for all the bveach stuff. Your condo had everything we needed and the Fort and Fernandina were very close and great to visit. Thanks again

Thanks so much for staying at your condo, it was the shortest week of the year. Everything was great from the beautiful condo, the view from the balcony with the sound of the surf, the gorgeous, sparsley populated beach, the unique shops in town, good eating, and even the "Love bugs". I hope to come back soon, and I WILL find a shark's tooth.

Amelia gave us just the right combination of relaxation and activities for the perfect vacation. The hot tub was great after a day on the golf course. The beach is great for shelling and finding shark teeth. We enjoyed magnificent views at night from the deck as the moon rose over the ocean. I can't think of anything I needed that wasn't provided! We look forward to coming to this condo again. Thanks for sharing your "getaway" spot. Gary & Angela PS We saw 3 deer on the dunes behind the hot tub.

What a wonderful condo! The location is perfect - peacful and private but minutes from tons of attractions. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and equiped with everything you could need. We will be back to vacation here!
