You'll find upscale scenic and wildlife art and photography throughout the home. Sometimes you'll even see a real moose hanging around the backyard...get your camera ready!
COMFORTS OF HOME...matching bedding, sheets, and towels, fully-furnished kitchen with quality and quantity of utensils, cookware, and bakeware, clean and organized, labeled light switches, auto on exterior lighting, garage to store your ski equipment, new Bull Frog hot tub, gas fireplace, intercoms to the downstairs, snow shoveling and blowing, large laundry room with new washer/dryer, and boot and glove dryers.
DECOR...designer-decorated in rustic lodge decor with log furniture in every room, warm paint colors in earth tones, and granite in all baths. Hang out with friends In the Great Room where you'll find plenty of seating on the suede sofas and oversized chair and a half, large chest with games, surround sound with SONY flat screen tv over the stone gas fireplace, and the grand photo of famous Mt. Timpanogos by well-known photographer, Willie Holdman.
All five BEDROOMS have queen-sized mattresses connected to a full 2-part bath, plus there's also an extra half bath off the kitchen area. The master, and COWGIRL and COWBOY Bedrooms are located on the main level sharing a jack-n-jill full bathroom and the MOOSE and BEAR BEDROOMS are on the lower level with a full 2-part bath between. All the bedrooms have matching cream sheets, electric heated blankets, closets with shelving, mirrors, bathrobe hooks, and wooden blinds for privacy.
BATHROOMS...you will find them all with granite counters and tiled floors. Each has a shower/tub combination with the master offering a jetted tub and separate stand up shower with heated tile floors and dual sinks, plus large walk-in closet.
ENTERTAINMENT...The kids will love hanging out in the lower level TV/GAMEROOM AND KID'S ACTIVITY ROOM. Filled with board games, Game Cube with E and T games, pool table, pub table for playing cards, art supplies, lots of books for all ages, and a great place to watch your favorite movie! While the kids are busy, the adults can relax in the new BULL FROG HOT TUB on the covered back patio while the snowflakes fall.

Why the Owner Chose Private HomesWe fell in LOVE with PARK CITY when we saw the majestic mountains and the quaint Main Street. We've traveled to 48 states and it's challenging to find a real downtown that comes close to Park City's great restaurants and cafes, art galleries, museums, shops, scenery, people watching, outdoor activities, extensive hiking and biking trails, and proximity to a major airport (SLC). The friendly people and fun-filled family activities are icing on the cake for us! We've owned vacation rentals in FL, NC mountains, and now UT...this is our favorite. We love for guests to come and make lasting family memories while having a blast skiing!
The Unique Benefits at this HouseIf you are a neat and organized nut like me, you will love Moose Mansion. Check out the list...no more trying to figure out which switch goes to what light-they're all labeled! The lights outside will turn on at dusk, so you don't have to come home to a dark house! Tired of mismatched towels and linens-they are all cream and match! Don't want to pack a hair dryer-there's one in every bathroom. Not enough cookware or dishes at your last rental-you'll find plenty here to keep a chef happy! Keep the kids busy-no problem...send them downstairs to the kid's activity room with games, puzzles, books, art supplies, tv/dvd, and pool table! No need to share a community hot tub-just step out the back sliding glass doors into the new Bullfrog with underwater lights! Need to dry your gloves and boots after a full day on the slopes-you find them in the laundry room! Forgot your gloves, scarf, face warmer, kid's ski jacket or pant-don't worry, we have plenty of extra for our guests to borrow in the garage. Kids want to go sledding-you'll find them in the garage also!

Hi from The Steele Family! We live a life of adventure and that's what brings most people to Park City!!! We sold our historic home, left the beaches, warm climate, and blue skies of beautiful West Palm Beach and hit the road in an rv with our two homeschooled sons for a year-long journey around the U.S. We were in search of the best place to live and we found it...Park City. The locals say the snow brings you there, but the summers keep you there and that couldn't be more true. We found the quaint town of Park City to be a fabulous place for adventure, incredible scenery, active lifestyle, and every seasonal activity you could ever want for your kids. An added bonus is when we get to see moose up close and personal eating our shrubs in the summer!
